In this life, in this incarnation, more than any other time (for most of us), your destiny, your purpose, is to get in touch with the strength and power of your OWN vibration. Not someone else's...that comes easily enough when you know your own vibration. That's it, that's the secret.

You incarnated so you could say, in all your glory, "I AM." I exist. I have being. I am being.

People who fully incarnate enjoy life here on earth much more than those you are resisting it. It would be good to say, with meaning and vibrancy, "I AM" several times a day for the next 21 days...this will help a lot.

Lady Venus is very strong around us at the moment - talk to her, call her into your energy field, she's waiting for your call! Lovely 'Venusian' things are coming...

Have you laughed enough in this incarnation? No, then you better get on with it - for laughter is spiritual business.

The idea, as our souls evolve, is that we become more conscious and become more light. In the last two hundred years there has been an opportunity for rapid development of our souls and expansion of our consciousness, often through great upheavals in the world and the consequent changes. Of course, this process is still with us, and in fact, is accelerating - we are all feeling pushed, pinched, or crazy.

We are right in the middle of a 'consciousness change' where more 'light' is available to us. Sounds good, huh? But how does your 'old' body deal with it? how does your mind adapt? and your nervous system adjust? and so on.

What happens initially, and in particular now, is that we will become more excitable... very excitable, and quite 'speedy', and we will feel 'high,' then we flop and feel restless, tired, and dreary. Then for a few days we feel fragmented and confused, and then the excitable feeling (light) starts to build within us again.

The excitable feeling is the new energy, new light flowing through us, and when the flop happens we have just flopped back into our old consciousness, our old way of being. This is the process at the moment...moving in and out of it prepares our bodies for the new light, so we can receive and sustain the new consciousness, the new ideas and feelings that are part of the future.

Three things to bare in mind that will help you with this process over the next six months:

1. Value your energy. (Really, you need to GET what this means)

2. Your will (throat chakra) will be tested. Correct use of the will is a current lesson - not too wilful and not too will-less (passive).

3. Beware of 'false prophets' - listen to you.

June/July is the pivotal point of the year for 2010. Particularly this weekend, July 17/18; there will be a wave of energy flowing through our lives this weekend that is meant to uplift us and help transform our consciousness. You may feel vague, dreamy or you may feel energized, dynamic and forward thinking.

During June/July decisions will be made that effect our lives irrevocably, both personally and globally. Long held ideas and things ‘set in stone’ will crumble. Certain situations, commitments, vows, and activities are coming to a close – the completion. Leaving space and opportunity for new ideas, new feelings, new bonds, new commitments to form on a higher vibratory level. Don’t resist this.

Just before there is a ‘leap in consciousness’ both within ourselves, and collectively (as in the 1960’s) there is often a deep feeling of APPREHENSION within people. This is how it seems at the moment; it is not generally, outright fear, but a vague feeling of uneasiness, usually about the future; a feeling that something is about to happen; or a feeling that there is something you should be concerned about but you can’t quite get what it is. Or that you should remember something, but it escapes you. When we feel like this, particularly at this time, it is the spiritual energies working on the soul. This is how it will be for a while, as changes take place. When the changes are more evident the apprehension goes.

Hold that which you care about close and safe in your heart, more so than ever at the moment. And remember, something bigger than you and me is flowing through our lives at present. Everything is changing…and it is good.

June 2010 will be quite a month! It will be wonderful for you if you can bring out your vibrant and daring self - the spiritual energies flowing towards us at the moment are encouraging us to break free from whatever it is that ‘binds’ us. Actually, break free from whatever it is that is stopping you from actualizing your I AMness more fully – the next step is upon us.

So, it is like we are trying desperately to build something new, and at the same time we are lying on the couch waiting to be rescued. See the dilemma?!

Globally, BIG things are going to happen over the next six weeks (yes, even bigger!), which in many ways will help bring in global change, so expect the radical, the revolutionary, wildness, upheaval – destiny is upon us.

Personally, we are all starting to feel it; the radical change that’s hurtling towards us, the energies are building and gathering till we feel as if we could burst… and burst we must, the ‘burst’ is a break-free or break-out of stagnant old energy within us that will beautifully release whichever spiritual energy centre (chakra) is most disharmonious within you. Truly clearing a chakra is life-changing.

This is an acceleration in awareness time, we all need to wake-up more and as your I AM is your key to consciousness, it would be helpful at this time to remember, ponder on, cultivate, connect to, explore and play with your own individuality, your I AM.

Over the next few months it is more essential than ever to hold steady within yourself the Light, the flame, not only of who you truly are, but hold within you the vision of how humanity can be regardless of what is going on around you or in the world. One of the biggest challenges we have at present is to keep our vibration high (this is different to being high!). Our purpose is to keep our bit of the etheric field and the astral clean and clear, by not adding to the fear and negativity that contaminates it.

Lighten your load; don’t add to it.

I am travelling overseas for the next two months: Europe, Israel and India, and therefore, will not be updating this blog until my return in July. I wish you well, and leave you with one of my favourite and most meaningful (to me) writings; unfortunately, I do not know who wrote this beautiful and deep truth.

The potential at the moment is for penetrating insightful psychic/intuitive realizations coming to the fore within you. This time is especially ‘open’ for more direct connection to spirit, so remember to ask Spirit for what you need and most important, assume you have all the help and guidance from Spirit you could ever need – because you do.

To ‘download’ the truth and guidance that is available abundantly at the moment it is vital that your mind is clear – clarity is one of the essential attributes one needs to receive ‘psychic’ insight and understanding through the higher levels of the third eye chakra. To have clarity you need to be master of your mind - so watch your mental chatter, focus your mind power, and be aware that we can all edit and delete much of the endless nonsense we have constantly in our minds. In doing this you will accomplish much and have a powerful clear mind capable of original thought (a rarity).

About a month ago in the blog I discussed the ‘explosions’ of feelings and emotions that will eventually lead us all to having more loving hearts. This process is ongoing within us, and these explosions continue, at the moment in the form of power plays, high drama, much movement, and sense of reshuffling priorities (ie what’s really important), and also it is easier to become angry or anxious. We are feeling it so we can heal it…transform the drama and anger into something positive.

It is interesting to note that during this time of our own on-going ‘inner explosions’ that we have witnessed the Icelandic volcano exploding spewing out much ash and dust effecting many countries. As within, so without! It’s as if this ash is creating a new layer of earth on earth, which is highly symbolic. And it is unlikely to stop spewing out over the next few months. Volcanos always create new land in the immediate vicinity, but the one in Iceland is far-reaching…

So it is all change and transformation through fire and air.

The energies, light and spiritual force playing upon us since around Eastertime is, as it were, calling us into a ‘tunnel-like’ experience. In other words, we feel like we are walking or being drawn into a tunnel with the light ahead of us leading the way. It is both scary and reassuring. We can’t see where we are going fully, we can only see a few steps ahead. So, along the way, we need our old friend - Trust…we need to trust more, trust the process, trust we will get there, trust there is a point to it all. All one ever needs to know is the next step.

When we go into a tunnel (tunnel-vision) we have to focus on what is before us, we cannot be distracted or we will fall. This year and till 2013 we are being called to FOCUS; focus for transformation, this is what tunnel-vision, and the tunnel experience is. (We won't be in the tunnel very long).

Just keep going…

This particular spiritual force is, at various times, causing us to feel a sudden overwhelming tiredness – the kind of tiredness that makes you feel that if you don’t lie down immediately you will die! If you can close your eyes (and lying down is even better) for about twenty minutes and rest, you will be renewed, and the tiredness will disappear. Why is this happening? It seems to me that this strong new-to-us light force is penetrating our pineal gland (which is connected, spiritually speaking, to your Crown chakra (top of head) resulting in overwhelming tiredness – mostly mental tiredness. Again, focusing your mind on only that which is essential will help rest your mind. I think all our minds need a rest!

The other thing that will help is to note and trust the very first thought and feeling you have upon awakening from sleep – this is your absolute truth, and is more potent, powerful and relevant now in this new ‘baby’ light. For most people, this very first thought and feeling environment you dwell in on waking up is the only time they are CONSCIOUSLY connected to their Higher Self. We are of course always connected to our higher self, otherwise we would have a slug-consciousness, but generally, the energies of the day take over and that blissful conscious connection is gone.

Always remember that ultimately you are LIGHT.

Be light, be radiant, be trustful, be you.

There is a great emphasis on the harmonizing and expansion of the heart chakra this year, this in many ways will bring us to deep and often unknown feelings. At the moment there are plenty of feelings ‘exploding’ out of ourselves…but it is difficult to ground the feelings and emotions, to make sense of them, often it’s a sense of being pulled this way and that.

This is because something new is trying to be born within you. Something deep within you is trying to come out more, to have life, to breathe…what is it? Can you put a word or two on it?

I keep wanting to write the word ‘explosion’…my mundane mind keeps telling me that that word is inappropriate, yet, the greater part of me sees and feels the imminent explosion…not of anything solid and material (we have had enough of that) but an explosion of deep soul level things…ideas, feelings, newness. So, what is it that wants to ‘explode’ out of you? Whatever it is, until now, you can be sure it has been ‘sleepy’ within you.

The first step in this process is a new sense of self-awareness, a revised self-concept. This usually causes chaos, especially when things within you are exploding out (this is not necessarily anger or other so-called negative emotions, it can be an explosion of joy). The experience of chaos at the moment is like everything is unraveling; and depending upon what you are currently unraveling it will manifest itself within you as impetuousness, or restlessness, or feeling like no matter how much you try you just can’t get on top of anything, or boredom and so on.

This initial emphasis on the energies of the heart chakra is to facilitate an explosion of self-aware feminine consciousness within us, whether you are male or female. We had a glimpse (a window) of this in the late 1960’s and early 1970’s when being flowing, loving, gentle, feminine, free, was trendy. Men had long flowing hair, and flowered ties, and flowing trousers and high heels (platforms).

The main issue now is allowing the feminine to be, to breathe and be expressed through you. But it’s a new feminine…it is a strong, centred and independent feminine. We are all defining this at the moment within ourselves, and because of this it is chaotic, the old is unraveling, the new is just below the surface waiting to explode. We just don't know who we are anymore.

As this year progresses, self awareness and your concept of your self is going to possess you as the new cosmic fire starts pouring through your soul with extraordinary emphasis. This is the wake-up call of transformation that I have often spoken of - and we have waited a long time for.

This new month, March, ushers in a new season…and it should be a very interesting three months! I have felt over the past few days a definite sense of the ‘winds of change’ blowing… the next few months gives us a brief window, a glimpse, into what we call the 2012 event. In many ways a non-event, as much of the explosion of creativity, ideas, and new consciousness will be underway by then.

I hope you have been preparing over the past few years, because to put it mildly, the energy explodes this autumn/spring (Southern/Northern Hemisphere) in so many ways. It is as though nothing can hold it back, this spiritual force and cosmic force, and so much that has been pent up for so long is out, revealed, known. It pours out all at once, this continues until early July.

Are you starting to notice, just a weeny little bit, how ‘tight’ you are, how unrelaxed you are, how uncool you are, how hung up, pent up, fed up, you are? Are you noticing it in your body? Can you see it in your posture, the way you hold yourself…? The way you breathe… Good. Its not new, this is how you’ve always been (in this life) but slowly at first, as our chakras open to receive the new light, the new energies, we start to see ourselves clearly. Usually, when we start to see ourselves more clearly we are already moving away from it, we are in transition. We are going somewhere new…

This autumn/spring, we are daily being challenged, coaxed, encouraged to come out of the fog of our existence, into the clarity of daylight. In this year of the Heart, we are reminded of the Promise given, the promise that is available now, and contained within this explosion of energies – the promise of genuine self-understanding; soul-to-soul communication; and an humanity that can constantly radiate the Light that lives within them.

Expect odd, weird, psychic, otherworldly experiences; question what is being said and done around you – a lot of it isn’t genuine.

In this Year of Focus (and Heart) – focus on pleasure for the next few weeks.

2010 could be said to be the year of transformation through the heart. The spiritual energies are being particularly directed towards our heart chakras, the heart of the matter. This is to develop heart gnosis, which is wisdom. Wisdom remains with you forever; that is, it becomes a soul quality, whereas knowledge is part of the mind and dies with you.

We are this year, and for the next few years, being encouraged to FEEL, rather than emote. Emotion belongs to the first three base chakras, ie Base chakra, Sacral chakra, and Solar Plexus chakra. Feelings emanate from the heart chakra.

Certainly this year is an incredible year for transformation not only of ourselves, but the world we live in. And we would all agree that the heart chakra of the world (and ours) needs to harmonize and expand – this is required for our world karmic lesson, which is world peace. We can only start with ourselves – do you have inner peace most of the time?

The further opening of the heart and the soul in 2010, through the outpouring of spiritual energies, can take us to the height of spiritual ecstasy if we allow the energy to flow through our physical bodies. This is not necessarily easy…if this deep and unusual energy is uncomfortable or painful we may want to resist or repress the flow and this can result in a weakening of the immune system and lymphatic system, which are connected energetically to the amount of life and love (feelings) flowing through the heart chakra. (Light is through the soul).

This year be prepared to feel everything all at once, and to feel unusual feelings that you may not fully understand (this is good – a breakthrough) try to let the energy of what you're feeling move freely, with no judgement or analysis.

As we know emotions and feelings are energy, and it's only the ‘story’ that we attach to the emotions that create the emotional pain. Try instead to see and feel it as pure emotion…as with all emotions and feelings try not to try…not so easy!

As I am sure you know, today is a new moon solar eclipse, it is a very pivotal time in a pivotal year. It is an annular eclipse (not a total eclipse) where the Moon moves between the Sun and the Earth but doesn’t completely eclipse the Sun (from Earth’s point of view). It creates a ring of fire…it is unique (again, in this unique year) in that it is the longest, in duration, annular eclipse for a thousand years (about 11 minutes). And its effects will also be long lasting, so watch what is happening globally and also personally over the next few days – also discipline your thoughts and words, and what you wish for – this is a forceful energy for drawing things towards yourself. No cursing.

Over the next few months you may feel like a dark heaviness has descended over you, it may last moments, hours, or days. This is a consequence of the transforming energies directed towards Earth, and prevalent at times of new (now) and full moons, eclipses (now), and equinoxes and solstices. If you feel like this, ground yourself (visualize pouring your energy through your feet into the Earth), take absolute responsibility for yourself and situations in your life, be self disciplined (good astral body cleansing!), and absolutely have the attitude of ‘dealing with what is,’ that is, not maybes, if onlys, or fantasy. With this in hand, then do something totally unique, different, for you. So, if that feeling of heaviness descends, immediately do something unique; if it is inconvenient at that moment to do something unique then THINK unique and original thoughts for you, this will lift the heaviness and could lead to sudden and happy breakthroughs.

This eclipse heralds in something new which has a sense of soul destiny to it, keep this in mind and also watch your dreams, pondering, intuitions as they are particular accurate and potent at the moment. You may also have visions…you can expect to be astonished!


Let us all hold the people of Haiti and the just departed souls from the earthquake in our hearts at this time; they are a long suffering nation whose ‘karma’ is about to be transformed. May they, like us, have the courage and willingness to be new, to do it differently.

As I have said before, this moment in history sees an acceleration in our personal (especially family) karma, and also world karma.

Happy New Year! and Happy New Decade!

This will be an highly unusual year, which is saying something in a period of unusual years…

Everything seems to be happening, at least on some level.... We are in an eclipse season again; the next three NEW MOONS are eclipsed, the dates of which are January 15; February 14; and March 16 (in Australia). These eclipses are highly significant for the coming year, and will trigger or ignite the unexpected and the new that is to come. Just be aware of events personally and globally close to these dates.

2010 jump starts an energy that is really part of a three year process, we could ‘lump’ together the years 2010, 2011, 2012 as one major year – and what a year that will be!

2009 was a year of demarcation - did you draw the line that when crossed permits of no return and typically results in irrevocable commitment? The energy of 2009 often created feelings of isolation and the pull to go inward – this energy was to facilitate the necessary inner changes and new choices so that we could move forward.

We are, over this eclipse season, at a crucial point now, in consciousness. In the words of OVID, the Roman poet,

“Either do not attempt it at all, or go through with it”


This is the commitment; ponder on this.

The Christmas light is upon us reminding us to celebrate not only the coming of the Christ Light more fully into our world, but also each Christmas the renewal of our own inner Light. Our soul light.

Don't forget to find a little time over the twelve days of Christmas for the Christmas angels as they descend all around us. Just feeling them, breathing them in as it were, saying 'Hi' to them can change the dimension of your Christmas experience to one of joy.

If I was going to choose a word to describe this year's Christmas energy its: EVERYONE.

More that usual this Christmas energy promotes and generates in us deep and unexpected feelings...let them be feelings of joy, everyone everywhere.

Its Full Moon (1-2 December 2009), the fullness of the outpouring of the lunar forces towards Earth, including spiritual forces.

The general feeling of this Full Moon is optimism and potential…..

There is a sense of the ‘Universe to come” or the potential of ‘what could be…” even though we are still having to deal with the global challenges.

In December there will be generally a ‘good vibe’ and the energies will be relatively upbeat without as much pressure as the usual pre-Christmas madness – it will still be there - its just that it will be easier on a personal level not to plug into the madness.

There will be a feeling of renewal, and recommitment to the journey as we move rapidly towards the year 2010 and the future that beckons us. If, this month, we can feel optimistic, have a sense of letting the grudges go, and recommit to our path then there is on offer to all wonderful new levels of experience.

2012

A note about the year 2012 (and I am sure there will be many more ‘notes’ about this over the next three years!)

As we know the Mayan calendar ends reputedly on 21 December, 2012 (great numbers bye the way), and that’s basically all that happens. It is not the end of the world (as the recent Hollywood movie would have us believe), it is the end of a cycle. Good. Because then a new and better cycle can begin.

As much as possible this month turn away from fear and the terror we cause ourselves daily. I LIVE IN A LOVING WORLD – don’t you? Chant this all month and see how happily you flow through December, Christmas and all.

Be alert for opportunity.

This period leading up to Christmas is what is traditionally known as Advent (six weeks before the 25 December) and it is a time of preparation for an “important event.” Even if you are not ‘Christian’ the spiritual forces influence us anyway, we all have a soul, after all….

This period to and including the Christmas holidays is particularly important this year because it is leading us to, or introducing us to, the coming momentous years. So we stand on the threshold of the years 2010, 2011, and 2012 – are we prepared for this?

Well obviously each in our own way have been preparing for this ‘changeover’ time…the next three years will be initiatory for our world and our consciousness. (Three often indicates initiation).

The health of the world depends upon the next three years, the choices we make as a global community and also the choices we make as individuals will create a greater health for all.
Above all you need a health vibrant soul, so remember over this preparation time till Christmas to forgive, love, dance and enjoy.

Do not lose heart – for this too shall pass…

I feel like I am writing the same thing all the time… What I see happening is that we are experiencing another wave of spiritual force that is close to peaking; this ‘peaking’ stage will last about another five weeks and then ‘burst’ and take till mid-May 2010 to disintegrate (which means be assimilated fully by our being).

This is the ‘fiery’ (hot air) energy I spoke of previously. This spiritual energy triggers the fire that lives within us, which could mean you will feel very hot emotions; you may feel more driven; you may experience the rumblings of your kundalini energy; and you may feel exhausted.

Our experience of this new energy is usually restlessness, anxiety, angst, need for ‘space,’ massive irritation towards family or anything that seems in our way. A sense of being hurried, can’t relax, got something big to do but don’t know what it is, and a generally sense of not flowing.

This sense of uneasiness is because we are not feeling safe; we can feel the change coming…something is about to finish dramatically.

This cosmic change will take us to an happier place, but we all have to participate on the journey to get there. We have to feel it to heal it.

Its St. Germain’s fault!! He wants you to have a hot soul!!

Why is America hurting itself?

I am not a political person having the ability generally to ‘see’ all sides, but I am not happy that NASA is ‘bombing the Moon’ on October 9.

Like all things the Moon is part of an energy system, on all levels you cannot start messing with Nature and not see some effect – that is the principle of karma after all, sowing what we reap. Karma is very precise to the most subtle degree – we really do ‘pay to the last penny’ energetically and literally.

Is it not bad enough to be wounding our own energy systems with junk (human body), and also bombing the heart out of the Earth, that we now start ‘attacking’ other planetary bodies?

Apparently NASA is bombing the Moon to see if there is any water there. Water is symbolic of emotion and feeling – calm emotion or overwhelming and devastating emotion – is this what America wants to draw to itself more devastating emotion? Because it will surely reap what it sows.

The Moon is our friend, it literally and energetically brings balance to our world, to our consciousness; imagine if it were not there – ever.

Let us not wound our friends any longer…or indeed anyone.

PLEASE send your loving protective light to the Moon over the next two weeks.
(I know this sounds mad, but when everyone can see and feel the planets and stars for what they are, that is, living organisms with their own energies, they would perhaps have more respect – but I guess this has to start with ourselves).

We ask also that the Holy Ones hold all the sick and suffering people of the world in their loving hands.

Do you truly experience your physical body as the temple of your soul? And your physical life as an expression of your soul’s desire? No - me neither…yet!

We have been on a massive journey of clearing the old patterns, and our old wounding from past lives, to shake clean the aura of our soul self. This work is not over, indeed it will peak over the next few years and continue after that for some time, but there is now significant shifting in people to allow some of the new Aquarian-type energies to ‘descend’ via our beloved friend, Ascended Master St. Germain, and also through Archangel Michael.

So how does this new energy feel? And how does it effect us as individuals? It feels different, weird, confusing…hot energy not like fire, but like hot wind whistling through every cell of your body, shaking up each of your subtle bodies, momentarily expanding your mind until you feel dazed. In this explosion of new energies it is impossible to ground yourself fully (but keep trying), and it is difficult to locate yourself in space as you usually do, which results in clumsiness of the physical.

You may feel very ‘twitchy’ and ‘electrical’ as you breathe the energy in. And although deep breathing may be a remedy to this ungroundedness, it can also mean that you are deeply breathing in this new energy, and in effect, saying ‘bring it on…’

It is of course, the kundalini energy being activated within you, and pulsing through you (see ‘Kundalini’ Chapter in my Chakra book); this is good, because this will bring your physical body and its opposite, your soul body, into alignment like never before, allowing you to truly experience your physical body as the temple of your beautiful soul.

As it says in the Chakra book:

“Kundalini energy may intensify any existing back pain, making the spine feel raw at times. It can feel like electricity in the body, an electric current running through you that you can’t always turn off. It heightens all your senses, things seem to become multi-dimensional, and you can remain conscious even while you sleep.”

It is Spring Equinox here in Australia, and Autumn Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere, it is where day and night are of equal length, where for a couple of days there is equal balance, resulting in harmony. For a moment the polarities are equal, especially male and female both within and without. This is a wonderful time to reach out to Spirit, especially the Ascended Masters and angels; and because of the equal balance it is also a great time to manifest your desire in this three-dimensional reality – so use it well – put firmly in place within you what you would like to manifest over the next six months.

We are just going into what I call ‘edge energy.’ And, yes, at times you may feel ‘on edge’ as it can effect the nervous system. This spiritual energy influencing us at the moment demands unmitigated honesty, loyalty and strength. It does feel at times like you are teetering on the edge of something big, a sense of apprehension yet also excitement. It feels like it is attached to something elsewhere, distant, unfathomable but getting closer.

This energy can make you feel ‘hyper’ or as if you are spinning, it is hard to ground. It is not the sort of energy where you feel energetic, and feel like cleaning out the cupboards, because it is not physical energy, as such; it is cosmic energy. This energy is given to us for only one purpose, and you will feel ‘on edge’ and at times, hyper and spinning, until it is complete. What is it? BIRTH. For birth to happen it requires a relentless energy and force, whether that’s a seed birthing itself through the soil into the light, or a bird forcing its way out of its egg, or a baby coming out of the womb into the light of the world.

Edge energy is birth energy. Ask yourself what in me is trying to be born? What is trying relentlessly to come out…? Ultimately, it will lead to your greater healing and to a greater consciousness.

Are you up to the task? careful how you answer that! This is not a game – it’s a calling… in the future months many will be called, called to do it differently, called to participate, called to expand their thinking, called to embrace the new and unknown, called to hold the light within their hearts no matter what…

As mentioned before there is tremendous opportunity for healing at present involving the expansion of the heart levels and the mind levels, and these two working together rather than either/or.

What needs to be foremost in your self is the sense of HOPE. Hope is an energetic response of very high vibration and is connected to infinite power – it is held within the heart chakra. Hopelessness, is also of equal power and if continued over time becomes very destructive, especially to the heart chakra which in turn will ravage the bodies including the physical (causing ill health).

At the moment it is imperative that you use your MIND POWER to overcome any sense of hopelessness or despair. There is great emphasis on the mind (this will increase in the future) and its expansion – an expansive mind is the key to a good future, not rational mind but feeling mind, concept mind, new mind.

HOPE is so important at the moment – face EVERYTHING with hope – and again, are you up to the task?

It seems to me that many ‘bubbles’ are being pricked – literally. What I can ‘see’ clairvoyantly is that the ‘picture bubbles’ that come from your mental body, that is, your mind, are being pricked and dissolved out of your aura. These picture bubbles float in the auric field of the individual usually around the upper body, and are often called ‘thought forms.’ When we truly let go of an idea, belief, concept, desire, person or situation these bubbles, which may have been there a very long time, dissolve. This leads to a feeling of clarity, lightness and renewed energy. This leaves room for the new to come in, and is also necessary (particularly at this time in evolution) for the soul’s elevation – in other words, the next step in your soul’s development.

These picture bubbles are powerful as they come from your creative mind, and imagination, and are constantly upheld and fed with your energy and desire….they are vibrational and as such are vibrating at a much higher level than say, your physical body. This is why and how your mind (mental body) can influence and, at times, cause illness in the physical, and on the other hand your mind can also be an incredible healing tool, for yourself especially.

This recent observation of the picture bubbles in people’s aura being dissolved demonstrates to me that there is much clearing away of the old longings and perceived needs in individuals – the old ideas, desires, and beliefs are being surrendered. If we are seeing this on a personal level we will also start to see on a global, political, economic level many ‘bubbles’ being pricked, even more so than the recent past. August/September should be very interesting…!

We are to develop ‘force,’ which is a little understood concept, little understood because we haven’t known it or owned it. (Force is not about forcing someone or self to do something…force is an extraordinary spiritual power).

Today’s NEW MOON (July 22) is one of most powerful solar eclipses of this century, and is such a rare event that we will not experience the same again for another hundred years. Lasting over six minutes, this eclipse is unusually lengthy, so the ripple effects of its transformational impact in our lives will also last longer, probably years.

As you know eclipses are always powerful and potent events that will reveal something new to us; it is as though an eclipsed sun or moon holds the veil back for a moment or two which allows a great in-rushing of both cosmic and spiritual energies towards earth and her inhabitants. So this is a time of greater light.

Something new begins….

There is a tremendous sense of DESTINY at this time, so observe the events, thoughts and feelings that have occupied your time since around the 20 July through to 31 July. It is also a time of expanded awareness and greater intuition, so trust what you receive.

This outpouring of the greater light towards us is effecting our Crown chakra (top of head) and also our Heart chakra. The further awakening of both these areas is necessary for humanity to fully take on its destiny.

As the eclipse is visible in the South East Asian countries the effect will be felt to a greater extent in these countries, and the ongoing effect of this will be the acceleration in the destiny of these countries, especially India, over the next five years.

I suggest that you take a moment to consciously breathe in this greater light and feel it expand your energy bodies and your chakras – this light is very nourishing to your soul. Doing this outside would be best, and consciously draw in the beautiful starlight also.

During this transition time the spiritual light is highlighting within each person the areas that need ‘highlighting’ - this is to bring to one’s conscious mind the issues, attitudes, concepts, beliefs that may need adjustment or letting go of. So, as we say, we go through our ‘stuff’…

This acceleration in learning, self-seeing, and the feeling that nothing makes sense, is creating anxiety. It is an unnamable anxiety; it is not stress or tension. It is anxiety that takes you to the depth of your being and leaves you there; it is an anxiety that will take you into the new. It is a collective anxiety which we could blame on many things; we could externalize it and say it is caused by others, or our job, or a lack of something. But if you are feeling it, really feeling it, you will notice that it is different to anxiety you may have experienced before. It is what I call a ‘pioneering’ anxiety – if you don’t understand what I mean by this – you will!

But what I see happening, gradually, to those who are going through this inner process is that new layers are being generated within the soul levels of these people (you), which in turn effects their bodymind and subtle bodies. These new layers are necessary to facilitate the ‘downloading’ of the higher states of consciousness that are available to all.

So this seemingly chaotic process we are all going through is to eventually create within us the vehicle for our own Higher Mind; and for the very necessary change that much of humanity desperately wants in the world. We are in a good position to achieve this. Not immediately…let us, for the sake of our nervous systems, begin with the one thing we can do; and the thing that will really create those additional soul layers, and that is; LOVE.

We all know this, so I am just reminding you. If it hurts rub love into it.

Complete change is upon us...watch carefully the events during this month of May and into mid June. To understand what this tidal wave of change is about the events of the next six weeks will give some indication of what the future holds. Look both at the events of your personal life and also the global issues during this period of time become the global trends. Something is going to be born...

Those who will enjoy this time the most are the 'dreamers' its time to dream, its time to download from the spiritual realm of ideas a new dream, a new vision, new ideas. Ponder on stuff.

For the rest it will be confusing, frustrating.

Action comes after mid-June. Only action really effective is spring-cleaning (Ok, autumn cleaning in Australia!)

P.S. Swine 'flu will not be a concern at present; caution to cleaniness though as it could, or its mutation, erupt at the end of this year into something more worrying.

Lots of building up the physical body with natural anti-viral, anti-biotics, fresh air, sunshine, and laughing. So lots of garlic and dancing...(yeah, ok you will be dancing alone!) and all will be well.

Its Eastertime…time for a rest perhaps?


Easter is multilayered in its symbolic and actual meaning and relevance to our lives today.

One level of understanding of the Easter event is that it is symbolic of initiation; that is, death, initiation, and then resurrection (rebirth to an higher level).

What is the centre of your life? I would not be surprised if you had difficulty answering that question, because we live in a time when mostly there is no centre to our lives. Is that freedom or are we lost? In the past we centred our lives, ourselves, around the family, or one’s religion (God), or village, or tribe, or a leader or some other special person. These things anchored us, and gave us purpose. Today, the most asked question (of me) is ‘what is my purpose?’ It is unlikely that your parents would have asked that question, or any of the generations before them. The consciousness we have today has freed us up – but what for…? Well, for the next big event in evolution that coming to all…

Obviously, the centre of your life is YOU. That is not selfishness, that’s self-responsibility. This is the initiation process going on at the moment, you are called more and more to become YOU; this is the real purpose, all else is just trimming. Has it occurred to you that it might just be enough to be human?

As March 21st is really the start of the New Year it is time to intend what you would like to manifest for yourself, your loved ones, and all humanity, for the coming year.

I suggest that you intend love, beauty and harmony. This will enrich your soul. We like enriched souls, they are fruitful and happy.

Make this time your soul-time. Really. If you have children, or even with your friends, each of you choose a day and make that your soul-day where you and your other soul friends do only things that nourish and uplift your soul for that whole day.

It’s a very emotional time. Its time to feel. Whatever you are feeling right now you need to feel. This is mostly always true, but at this moment and for a while to come it is especially true. It seems that everyone is going through powerful and constant emotion. This can be anything between a blissed out in-love feeling or deep despair.

The situations, people and challenges in your life that you are responding to, emoting about, you have drawn to yourself so you can feel and emote deeply. Whatever for? you ask?

Everything we do in our daily lives, including survival stuff, is ultimately about ‘feeling.’ Everything we do is so that we can feel better, feel good, feel healthy, feel on-top-of-it, feel happy, feel relaxed, feel full, feel successful, feel useful, and so on.

The reason we are experiencing powerful emotional states at this time, is that these states make you very open, raw, and expanded on the astral and etheric levels (your normal defenses are down); you may also feel empty (of the old you, usually). When you are repeatedly in that state over time it will allow you, the individual, access to other levels of wisdom, knowledge, and love. It opens you up to the Higher Planes, it makes the Infinite and the Eternal more available to you. This is why we suddenly see the solution to a long held challenge or an answer to a question, or the way forward when we have been through extremely powerful emotions and feelings, whether they are blissful or angst.

As we know, humanity is preparing to take a step up the evolutionary spiral, these emotional states are part of the preparation.

We are contrary beings, who want change (for the better) and continued stability. (Hmmm, don’t know how these go together…)
The next six months sees the forces of change having the upper hand both in your personal life and globally. The Future is coming…to survive I suggest you:

There is so much going on…its all so dynamic, scary, exciting, challenging and dull all at the same time. Aaahh the opposites...

It is New Moon time, which from my point of view is ‘holding the Light’ time, the New Moon every month ushers in a new lunar cycle, and as we are all very much attuned to the moon’s energies, it gives us a new start every month. New Moons are always a good time to start anything new, it will have an added impetus.

There is a tremendous amount of crazy-making energy around (again!!) and also a feeling that this is a divinely inspired and divinely directed time for us all. This energy, this Light is opening all our hearts and minds to something extraordinary.

March promises to be no let-up in the march towards the new consciousness; March looks immense for our world, it will be a time that sees events, ideas, and feelings, drawing together much of the past that was good and propelling it into the future (2012).

We are being given the gift of ‘clarity’ (were actually, we earned it!) and this will push out our boundaries to greater possibility. Clarity is a quality of the Higher Mind accessed through the Third Eye Chakra centre, and connected to all levels of your mind. Presently, your mind is looking for excitement, it’s looking for something else to get enthused about, it wants something else to think about, actually it doesn’t want to think at all, it wants to be present in the moment holding and flowing with some pretty massive and exciting ideas.

Don’t be fooled by this energy, it isn’t like it was – really, it isn’t. It’s completely different, with this energy you can be more you, you can dare to express what really lives within you, you are allowed to be different, you are allowed to go beyond your limited sense of self. The ones who dare to do something completely ‘crazy’ will be the ones who are liberated into the new energy, it will all open up. (Crazy doesn’t mean hurting self or others…)

What is the most extreme thing you could do that would be fun? Do it, don’t think it…

Consciously hold the Light within you for at least five minutes today, and then release this beautiful Light out into the world.

What do you say? In time of great crisis, of death and so much loss; loss that will continue for a lifetime for some? The Australian Bush Fires in Victoria a week ago created the greatest devastation for our country (in peace time). It was and still is extreme.

I was in Victoria the weekend before the fires when the temperature for days was between 44 degrees and 46 degrees … walking a short distance from the shops to the car I felt as if my bones would melt. These constant and extreme high temperatures with little rainfall paved the way for the extreme bushfires.

I, personally, didn’t lose anyone, but I feel like I lost every one of those who perished, those who lay in hospital wounded, and those whose scars will not show on the outside.

Australia will never be the same again. The tremendous outpouring of genuine love, care and community from all Australians towards the victims and towards the emergency workers is extraordinary. The love is also felt from overseas towards Australia. It has opened each soul in Australia, the love is there pouring out of people. People are putting this love into action in whatever way they can, with donations exceeding $100million (in a country whose population is only 20 million people) and others providing housing, goods, blood, food, care and concern.

It has brought us together as a nation. Now, we can see and feel the Soul of Australia, a soul that in the future will lead the world in its example of humanitarian principles, in its attitude of inclusivity (she’ll be right, mate…) It is sad that we need great loss brings us to our soul. This is the community spirit that comes from the Highest, we know we are all in it together like never before. Let us not forget this feeling of love for each other, that feel of community.

Let us also remember the animals, both domestic and wild, that perished or have been hurt by this event. Remember that we are not the only species, we are not at the top of any evolutionary ladder, we are just here, like the animals just trying to get along. Because we are more conscious than the animals or other lower kingdoms we are caretakers of these kingdoms. Please send loving thoughts and light to our animal friends. And perhaps donate to an animal cause.

We bless and uphold all those souls who have passed over in this event, sending love and light to help them on the next stage of their journey.

For all those who lost so much, we cry with you, we are here. Our gratitude and love goes out to all the emergency services, and to all that are helping in any way – to all the unsung heroes - Blessings of Light to all.

This time last year I said that for 2008 the issues emphasized would be shelter and money. This sets the tone for the year – shelter, money, and health issues. Well that happened!

As we know, nothing happens is isolation, the years flow into each other, so much of what was relevant last year and 2007 is still true now, we are just one step further up the spiral now, seeing it all start to happen, or perhaps one should say ‘unravel…’

What a year 2008 was! The seeding year for massive change on every level of life, and this is just the beginning….can you see that you are not the same person you were this time last year…IMAGINE how different it will all be in a few years.

The Masters ‘that we love and serve’ tell us that 2009 is the ‘YEAR OF CONTEMPLATION.’ What does this mean? The dictionary says the meaning of ‘contemplation’ is:

“The act of the mind in considering with attention; prolonged thought; meditation; musing; study. Holy meditation”

As I understand it, it is the year that sees the beginning of deep and ‘prolonged thought’ by everyone, this will help us all facilitate the change and transformation we need within ourselves and our world. Change is not an option now, it is a necessity.

2009 may seem like the shortest most intense year of your life. It could also be called the YEAR OF EXTREMES as we simultaneously (almost) experience the opposite extremes of any polarity. What is this teaching us? Before we can experience oneness, bliss, wholeness consciously we need to be able to deal with the opposites in any even moment, and not lose our centre, that is, ourselves. (This may take a while! But we have a while to learn it). Also, this experience of opposites operating constantly in our lives requires us to draw out our inner soul strength, just to survive. YOU WILL HAVE TO BE STRONG this year, and strong for others.

Our lives are about to skip to a new beat, it is exciting and scary; this year sees us much more orientated towards the future, having done tremendous inner work in let go of the past, and the karmic lesson of the past. The more you let go to this new and powerful force of evolution the easier it is.

Before we can instigate the changes we want in the world, indeed create the new world, we have to ‘ponder’ on these within ourselves, we have to give it thought, we have to become it within ourselves first – we have to contemplate it, contemplate the new vision, contemplate the plan of how it can be for humanity, and for yourself. Contemplate the new template. This inner process has to happen first before it can manifest in our 3D reality on earth. This is your work this year. To dream the dream into action…

Today, in Australia, is a holiday where we celebrate the birth-day of modern Australia. It is particularly potent this year as it not only falls on the start of the Chinese New Year of the Earth Ox, but more significantly it is also a solar eclipse.

As we know, during a solar eclipse, the Moon blocks the Sun's light, allowing something new to happen, its like a moment of the old is finished, then there’s a cosmic breath, and the re-emergence of the Sun’s light heralds a new energy coming in. It’s as if a portal opens within the earth’s energies to allow something higher to come in. The spiritual energies flood our consciousness, making possible rapid and permanent changes in our minds, our cells, our chakras.

It is also extremely potent eclipse to come shortly after President Obama’s inauguration. The energy of the powerful eclipse supports President Obama and ‘sweeps’ him forward into the future, as it were, allowing greater forces than all of us to make the ‘dream’ come true for all humanity.

For Australia, this solar eclipse on its birthday means that collectively something old and somewhat juvenile has now ended, and it is time for Australia in a very grounded way to ‘grow up’. It is not a teenager anymore, it is about to find its soul.

On a personal level, whatever you sow today and tomorrow you will reap for a very very long time to come, so make sure that what you sow, what you wish for, what’s in your thoughts, is the reality, is the future that you truly want to be living. This is always true, but this eclipse energy is a direct communication to not only your Higher Self, but a direct connection to the Masters, making it very potent.

Blessings upon President Obama and his team; may he be blessed with the wisdom, light and love that he needs to complete his task in a perfect way and under grace.

Let the Light shine…

There is a lot of beautiful golden energy around at the moment. It feels like fire, and as we know fire can be warm and friendly or vicious and destructive – it all depends how you handle the fire. Of course, fire can’t be handled, but it can be contained appropriately and it can be used. Fiery energy inspires, and thus can be very creative, so this is a good time to allow your inspiration (in-spirit-ation) to guide you – it can be quite an inventive time.

With all the fast-paced changes and challenges confronting us all at the moment you can really see and feel this fiery energy cracking through the old resolve allowing the ‘baby-light’ of the new to just occasionally shimmer through.

This golden energy which is flowing from the godhead towards us, this fire, is starting to connect and effect your own personal inner kundalini energy system. This fire wants to flow through you, through your energy body, via your chakra system. If you have any disharmonious or blocked chakras (and most of us do!) then this light/fire will be ‘stopped’ from moving through you at that chakra, and the issues and lessons (for you) of that chakra will become very apparent in your life.
This is going on in abundance at the moment. It is always for your ultimate healing and soul evolution that these challenges occur, but it certainly doesn’t always feel like that as you face the challenge of that chakra.

As well as personal kundalini, there is also solar (from the sun) kundalini energy and earth kundalini energy. Generally, because the kundalini force at present, is not very active in people, the solar and earth kundalini forces just go around you, bypassing you but still connecting with each other. When the kundalini starts to move within you, the solar kundalini links up to the earth kundalini through your body, you become a conductor of this energy, and are truly participating in the cosmos. (In the tarot, the Magician Card is depicting this, with one of his arms reaching up to the sky and the other pointing into the earth – to be able to conduct these cosmic forces through you is to have real magical powers.) This is why it is so very powerful and why you have to be sufficiently prepared and ready.

More and more as we move into the Aquarian Age the kundalini of humanity will be ‘awakened’ which will bring us into our own Higher Mind, which is part of our Higher Selves, as this happens the old ways will dissolve forever and the new consciousness of love, wisdom and great knowing will be ours.

‘As above, so below,’ so as we contemplate how we would like our new world to be, the spiritual forces, the Ascended Masters also are contemplating us at the moment! The Masters are giving humanity and our world some ‘prolonged thought’ some ‘holy meditation’ which means they may be much closer to our conscious thoughts - our mind -this year, giving us at certain times quite amazing and beautiful spiritual experiences, spiritual awakenings may happen. Of course, this closeness to spirit (especially without preparation) can give intense, otherworldly and an ungrounded spinning-off sensation.

The mantra for 2009 is ‘Go with the Flow.” Remember also, at all times, to repeat “I LIVE IN A LOVING WORLD.”

Christmas stirs our souls. Arrrgghhh…I don’t want my soul stirred, thank you!

It’s here again, Christmastime, have you noticed it's popping around more frequently – hasn’t it heard about time-warp, time deceleration, and just plain ole decency not to pop in so often.

The pressure’s on to enjoy ourselves, especially here in Australia, as it is annual holiday time also. “Am I enjoying myself enough?” Christmas is for celebration, fun, feasting, relaxing, happy times with family and friends. Peace on Earth, goodwill to all mankind… That’s quite a lot of pressure. In light of this, whatever Christmas is to you, it always seems highlight some massive flaw (that you have been trying to hide) – like ‘do I actually know how to have fun?’ or like, I don’t actually have any family; or if you do, it highlights how crazy they are, or how you can’t get along no matter how you try. Or when it your turn to have Christmas at your place and cook (and we all know how much I love cooking!!) we pressure ourselves into how ‘amazing’ it has to be…. Okay, we all know that’s not the real meaning of Christmas, but it’s the real meaning for most people. Do we see these massive flaws because the spiritual light at Christmas is shining so brightly?

Have you noticed that Christmas is not called Jesusmas, this is very deep and interesting. I thought (foolishly) that Mass meant ‘celebration’ but apparently not, in truth, it means ‘death sacrifice’ which is probably closer to the reality of Christmas fun anyway!

So we are celebrating the birth of our beloved Jesus on 25 December, that in itself is amazing, that after 2000 years we are still doing this. The reason it is not called Jesusmas is that Christmas isn’t really just about Jesus’ birthday (it wasn’t his actual birthday anyway) its about YOU. Yes, you, its about the birth of the Christ principle, the Christ Consciousness, the divine spark, within you every time you incarnate. At this time every year every soul has the opportunity through the Christmas forces, the Christmas angels, to feel that divine spark within them again. Christmas angels come every year to tweak your divine bit. That can lead you to feel renewed, uplifted, joyful, and to remember why you really came here to Earth. This is why Christmas stirs our souls, and we all know how much tension soul stirring can cause if we don’t allow some time and space during the next four weeks for the Christmas angels to love us.

The fear is palpable.
Over the past two months the massive fear (terror) released by peoples everywhere is effecting everything. As this fear moves like a gigantic cloud around the planet it becomes part of the etheric energies of the world and all its inhabitants. Even the plants and animals are effected by it.

We are living in potentially dangerous times, as demonstrated by the tragic events in Mumbai; and the continuing rollercoaster ride of the global financial markets. We can all feel it – there is huge collective breath-holding, a ‘wait ‘n see’ attitude, and we can all feel that there is the possibility of more ‘sudden collapses’ of what we have seen in the past as invincible, immovable, stable.

We live in duality, so there is always the opposite, the polarity of this situation is that there is also a ‘cloud of hope’ moving around the world, and a belief (a knowing) that something new and magical is happening or can happen. We all, each individual, has a choice – Camelot or Armageddon – which will you choose?

Whenever there is an outpouring of fear from humanity (the last great outpouring of fear was in Europe just before and during World War II) there is always a commensurate outpouring of spiritual energy from the spiritual realms. The spiritual forces cannot do it for us, but they can pour out love and light towards us to give us the courage and willingness to move into and through this massive transformation.

We are living in extraordinary times, which need extraordinary action, and extraordinary understanding. We will make it, I have no doubt about that. How it looks on the other side of this cosmic reordering is another thing, but it doesn’t look like this.

Holding Mumbai and India in the Living Light of the Godhead. India has given so freely of her spiritual energy to all, and done so much for the Earth in times in past. Love and Blessings to all involved in the Mumbai attack, to all of India, and especially to all who have given their lives for our understanding.

After the monumental events of the past few weeks, in which the financial world turned upside down and inside out; and America ushered in the promise of the “New Hope” (congratulations to America and Mr. Obama) and we could all sense the underlying wave of fear and wobbly excitement travelling like a psychic tsunami around the world, what now?

Now there is a sense of ‘tightening.’ Generally, there is a sense of the energies gathering and moving deep within each of us; it is the inward spiraling spiritual energy that gives the impression of tightening as it moves. When it is really tight (taut) it reaches a critical point and then explodes, and we call this a ‘breakthrough,’ it is a breakthrough to another level, another level of understanding, of expanding consciousness, a moment in your history, a moment of transcendence.

This tightening process has begun, and will continue till the end of February/early March 2009. This period of time is revolutionary and will shape the next five years both for you personally, and for the global situation.

This inner feeling of tightening will manifest outwardly in your life, as thoughts, actions and situations that mirror your inner feeling of tightening. In the old days we used to say that we were 'tightening our belt' which meant we were being more frugal, only buying the essentials, not the extras.

As we journey through the next few years, the best way to survive and thrive is to ADAPT and RESPOND (as all surviving specie will tell you). Bend, flow, flex.

The current financial crisis we have all been experiencing is, as we know, history in the making. It is, as I have said before, the beginning of a complete and radical change in much of what we have taken for granted, particularly in the areas of finance, government, and business. It is time to deconstruct and then reconstruct.

If we pretend its all okay, and try to rapidly return to how it was, without the deconstruction of the old systems, the old ways of thinking, and the expectation of constant and ever expanding growth, then we will fail. From the bigger picture perspective we have been waiting for this transformation to start happening, and now it is. Unfortunately, money and all it represents, is certainly a very dramatic way of making us all sit up and take notice.

The next few weeks gives us, globally, the opportunity to ‘do it differently’ (whenever you see that phrase you know we are dealing with karmic situations, in this case, global karma, or world karma). Basically, doing it differently in this case would be to have less emphasis on massive profit and more emphasis on social responsibility, more caring, more inclusivity. At every level we have been seriously out of balance.

Destiny is upon us; it is up to each one of us how we deal with this situation and what good we make of it.

It may become less easy for us, we may have to become more creative and ingenious, paring back to what is really important.

The spiritual idea behind this is fairness and greater freedom for all humanity. This is only stage one, depending upon how well we deal with this, will see how deep stage two will cut. We have about five years to deconstruct and reconstruct a new fairer financial world system.

In the meantime, we will fully realize that we are all in this together. No more phaffing about.

Remember, at all times, you have a choice. You have a choice in how you view what is before you, what is happening around you, and how you respond to life moment to moment.

As we say in Holding the Light sessions, don't allow yourself to be sucked into the fear energy of any situation. It is vital to be informed, not to be in denial, but it is also very important not to add to the negative or chaotic energy that abounds at the moment. Keep your piece of the world as peaceful and passionate as possible.

We all need to vigilant with this now and in the future, otherwise we can be tossed by the waves of change breaking everywhere. Practice choosing how to respond – response is from the soul, reaction is from the ego.

It is very easy to recognize when YOU are not choosing; or when you feel that you have no choice, and that is, you will feel angry.

Light always prevails if it is allowed to flow unrestricted; love always prevails if allowed to flow unrestricted.

You are a spiritual being with the ability to choose. Now is the time to choose well; choose love, choose faith, and be Light.

As I mentioned earlier in the year, this year is called the Year of Freedom, that is, it is the seeding (tiny beginning) of what will make us free, it is not the completion of freedom. For any ongoing freeing up we all will need to go through change. (There is a collective deep depressing sigh every time we see or hear the word ‘change’, so always substitute the word change with the word evolution, or evolving – that changes it, eh?!)

As we know, it has been quite a week in regard to the global financial crisis, though this is tough we will survive it, and we will because of this history-making week create a new financial system which will completely change (evolve) life over the next five years. Do not be fooled by any announcements that ‘the financial crisis is over’ or that we will go back to how it was – we won’t. I am not a scaremonger, or doomsayer, neither am I wanting to add any negative energy to what’s already out there, but the lesson is for all of us (including governments, financial institutions, corporations etc.) to operate from the highest level of practical awareness and inclusivity – this is how you will build a life of achievement and success. In the global financial sector there will be more hiccoughs especially towards the end of November 2008, and again early May 2009 – be grounded and wise. Stay alert.

Last blog I mentioned that Lord Sanat Kumara and Lady Venus' energies were coming in strongly now, as part of the Plan of Evolution, so here we have it, we are starting to see the Plan at work…anything not founded in truth, integrity, reality, is going or will be transformed.

Twenty-two years ago (a Master number!), 1986, the ‘baton’ was handed from Archangel Gabriel to Archangel Michael in regard to the shepherding of the Earth. Archangel Michael has the mighty blue flaming sword with which he cuts and blesses – now, we see his sword cutting that which we no longer need, it is always swift, surprising, forceful, yet will bring us to a better more loving place, eventually.

It is not going to be easy, you didn’t incarnate with ‘easy’ written in your aura (sorry), but you did incarnate with ‘brilliant’ ‘magnificent’ ‘did it’ written in your aura – somewhere in your soul you know the truth of this. You don’t want easy, you’ve had easy (okay, it was centuries ago!), you want to evolve…and no matter what, we are going to do it. (There is joy in the doing of it...)

Today is Full Moon and this outpouring of Full Moon and other spiritual energies offers us the opportunity to do it differently - do you feel like you have been on hold, or STUCK during the past few months? ……

The good news is that we have the opportunity to become unstuck this month (September). This is the time to put into place that which will stabilize and solidify whatever makes you feel safe (secure). So get a plan – the energies around now are prompting you to get organized, be disciplined, and create order. Planning will get the energy moving, will get you moving, will get you unstuck.

There is an on-going lesson at the moment about creating balance between order and accepting (loving) the mundane earthly life and, on the other hand, a yearning for the mystical and spiritual. The challenge is to integrate our spiritual awareness with the mundane details of our lives…this is often a life lesson.

Expect lots of movement on the global level also; energetically and spiritually we have all been in a holding pattern since May, where whatever efforts we have made don’t seem to bear fruit. Over the past two weeks you should have started to feel that whatever has been holding you back is being released, sometimes with quite a force. It is as if EVOLUTION (and this means CHANGE) gets the go ahead. Yours and the world’s.

Whenever you see the word EVOLUTION, think Lord Sanat Kumara, who is the Head of the Ascended Masters at the moment…he and his Divine Consort, Lady Venus’ energies are pouring out towards us right now and for some time to come. What does this mean? (apart from ‘look out - high energy coming’…expect your vibrational strength to awaken!!! Sounds good, but can be very testing…) Don’t be surprised if you notice yourself desiring and achieving more refinement, harmony, romance, exquisiteness – these are a few of Venus’ divine ideas!

From our Beloved Sanat Kumara we will be imbued with a new sense of direction, a new sense of perspective, the bigger picture, a new sense of proportion (creates harmony), a new vision. Also getting what we deserve = justice. We all need to stop setting our sights so low.

From now until late November 08 will be good – so plan, move, take action, make it happen – this will help you manifest your dreams, and you will see fruits, and feel momentum- at last!

I am back from my journeying – it has been an interesting time...
I enjoyed my trip to Ayers Rock also known as Uluru (Central Australia) and learnt many things.

When I stood at the foot of the Rock I could feel its colossal energy and stability - the energy it gave off made me feel dizzy, but ‘nice dizzy.’ I was very surprised by the energy and the spirit of the Rock, because the energy was SOFT, and UNDULATING, like gentle giant waves of energy rolling out in all directions…it was absolutely FEMININE. That surprised me - with that kind of energy Australia will never start a war, it will start only love-ins…!

When I stood before the Rock I felt like I did when I stood before the Gt Pyramid, and also at Stonehenge – very similar energy. The energy of these places, naturally occurring or manmade, is both healing, and renewing because the energies they give off seems to realigns you, harmonizing anything out of balance (from chakras to attitudes).

Ayers Rock is apparently one piece of rock (the largest in the world) and lays on its side at a 90 degree angle (approximately), going 4-6 miles down into the earth (like an iceberg, we are only seeing the tip of the rock on the surface). The geologists have various ideas how it got there, in the middle of the flat red desert, but I have my own ideas!

I think it was ‘delivered’ by the ‘gods’, the spiritual forces, and placed deep within the centre of Australia. From a spiritual point of view, it is the one note that holds all of Australia together, energetically. It is the one vibration that keeps the land and the energies together as a land mass. It is like a beacon; it downloads energy and vibrates it throughout our land. Because it is feminine (the Spirit of Aussie is a female!!) is has rolling soothing energy, and it creates HARMONY. It would be worth meditating on Rock. The Universe constantly strives for HARMONY…you constantly strive for HARMONY.

From my point of view, the Rock holds the Light for Australia, it anchors the Light for Australia.

Where is the rock in you? The one note that holds you altogether is just below your naval, this should be your Rock, your Red Centre, your stability, your strength. This is the basis of how you hold the Light within yourself; how you hold yourself together as a being, this is the one note, the one vibration, the tone that sings out, that makes life possible.

Use your breath to make this area stronger in you, breathing into the belly, feeling it. Also the sound of ‘OM’ originates from this point within you (and you thought it was India!) so it is extremely beneficial to say “OM’ from this deep place, let it vibrate out into your entire being.

Busy day today!

We celebrate the commencement of the Olympic Games in China today, which at once calls in the energy distant past and the hope of unity for our future, played out in the field of the present.

From a numerological point of view today is auspicious, that is, the 8th of the 8th 08 (8-8-08). In the ancient art of numerology you add all the numbers in the date together to arrive at a single digit (unless it is 11 or 22, which you don’t reduce as these are Master numbers), so today’s date when added together also equals eight. Very powerful. As with most things, numerology is multi-layered, and the vibration of number eight (which is what we are really talking about) can mean many things. Basically, it is associated with power, and success; from my perspective it is power and success in the world, so this often equates to money, business success. People born with a strong ‘8’ theme will be driven to be successful in the world, they will want recognition from the world (not the same as approval). This is a soul drivenness that takes them on that particular path until the lessons of that path have been fully learnt. It is not right or wrong.

Another level of the Vibration 8, from what I can ‘see’, is its association with the Kundalini Fire that rises and vibrates within your spinal column when you are ready for such an experience. This is also very powerful, and indeed, you are never the same again, once the kundalini energy operates within you. So this is another level of power relevant to the number 8. So today is a powerful day, a turning point, and as with all powerful days will effect the days, months (even years) to come.

Today has also been declared Galactic Freedom Day (.com), calling for the end of secret government agreements concerning extraterrestrial life. Probably not a bad thing, as we are now ready to deal more aptly (as a specie) with anything not local to our planet, although we still aren’t quite getting it about our own planet – perhaps we need a little distraction! Which may come of course if we join together and demand the truth from our governments about extraterrestrial life, maybe this is what the ‘friends from other places’ (FOPs) are waiting for us to do, so we could have an influx of sightings, of ufos turning up everywhere. Also, there could be more crop circles, if the spiritual circlemakers were given a little encouragement instead of ridicule who knows what even more wondrous things they would write in the grain. (Some crop circles are made by man – what can I say!)

Very soon I am to meet with the ‘Spirit of Australia’ well at least I hope so. I am, for the first time, travelling to the centre of Australia, called Ayers Rock (or Uluru) to feel the heart of Australia; which is not my native land, and I have been waiting many years to be ready to do this. It is time to honour this land, as it has invited me here, let me live awhile here, and given me joy and sustenance. I am looking forward to the canopy of stars. I will let you know how my meeting went.

Are you feeling STUCK? FRUSTRATED? limited? then you need to let something go...this is very important at the moment.

The spiritual energies are building at the moment, and will peak from the 1st August to the 18th August - this is also an eclipse period, with a total solar eclipse on the 1st August and a partial lunar eclipse on the 16th August. When the energies are building we tend to feel like we are about to 'burst' as if the energies are building in us to a climax, it is an uncomforatble feeling, and does create that feeling of frustration, stuckness, and greater intensity. This is common experience just before something new is about to burst forward, both within us personally, and within the global community.

The new is coming.

A driving force at the moment, which is preparation for the new, is the need to concentrate on the physical aspects of self and life. So there is a need to make the changes you have been thinking about, like increased nutrition, maybe a light detox, a little more movement outside in the fresh air. Be more grounded, be more natural. Also needed: more laughter, more fun.

You know what to do, because you have been prompted from within, and over the next three months you have all the forces in place to update and rewire your personal system - it will be very much easier to do it now than at other times - so go for it!

Following on from the heart theme of last week's blog, I want to ask you why you are not happy, happier?

Okay, you all think if I had more money I'd be happier; if I was in better health I'd be happier; if I had a loving partner I'd be happier - yes?!

What is the common denominator with the above issues/challenges? answer: ALIGNMENT. CONNECTEDNESS.

Its all about connecting, connectedness. We are unhappy because we are not feeling connected, aligned, mind/body synchronized. Most people are what I call 'lost in space' because from what I can 'see' they are cut off from the spiritual worlds (via the mind and Crown chakra) and cut off from Mother Earth's deep and healing energies (via the feet and Base chakra). We are not connected to others, we are not connected to ourselves, we are not connected to Nature, we are not connected to the Divine. How could we know our direction, our purpose, our value, our joy.

We have alienated ourselves from ourselves; why do we look to the skies for the aliens, when WE have become the aliens! Aliens to our true nature.

Pratice connecting through your five senses, touch, taste, smell, sight, hearing. Pour your energy into the Earth, feel it. Smell the stars; taste the sunlight; hear the birdsong of your heart; see beyond seeing. The five senses are the quickest and easiest way to be in the NOW, to be present. The Divine reside in the present (Presence).

The heart chakra is the centre of your being, it pulls it altogether, aligns your energies, so connect with your heartsong, your heart energy, this is where it begins and ends. The heart.

After the STUNNING alignment of energies and forces pouring down upon us through the recent Solstice and Full Moon period - did you feel it? we are now being challenged to open our heart centre more and more. Do you feel your heart yearning?really yearning...your heart strings of light are reaching outward and upward. This impulse, this yearning of our hearts is what is to recreate our world. What your heart is expressing has never been so important. Our Higher Selves are deeply involved in this.

We are standing at Gateway 2012; it is all happening; at the moment it is all happening on the inner levels, that is, within us - this is why you incarnated at this time of momentous evoluntionary change, to help bring in this new era, this new heart. You and others like you, need to understand this, to make it happen. It is heart gnosis, which is wisdom; it is the wisdom of the heart, it is only through the heart that we will birth anything.

But be warned: IT TAKES EFFORT. Where you want to get to, where you wish you were, takes effort. Without effort nothing is gained, and is not valued by you. Look at the Ascended Masters lives on Earth, both before and after they ascended. They didn’t come here and ‘live it up’ have it easy, soft, lazy, in fact, often it was hard, difficult, frustrating and with much sacrifice and suffering on their part (think of St Francis of Assisi, or Lord Jesus). For the past few years there has been the attitude of ‘instant’…it is an instant world; instant gratification, instant coffee, instant love, instant knowledge, instant money, instant sex…this has caused us all to become unbalanced, especially the environment. We are about to bring things back into balance, and enjoy ‘effort.’ This is not toil, this effort is not outer effort that makes us run around all day, or work even longer hours; it is inner effort from which all satisfaction and fulfilment comes from. What do you feel is your greatest achievement this lifetime so far…did it not take effort? Maybe the greatest effort…

Right now, is HEART TIME, and it will be so for the next five months, so concentrate on your heart, breathe into your heart chakra making it expand, and more energized. Wear the colours of the heart: green, rose pink, and soft gold. Above all open your heart, love, love, love; it is always better to do it yourself, do it peacefully, rather than having your heart 'prised' open from some outside circumstance.

Actually, it is always heart time, but the great emphasis at the moment is on the heart chakra, on the expression of love and care. On being gentle and soft with yourself first, and then with your loved ones and beyond.

We are to find a new way of loving...what is your part in that? now, right now?

My name is Claire; it means, amongst other things "clarity." I believe that I have come here this time around to bring 'clarity.' In a very simple way you could say that's my soul's purpose for now.

I am constantly asked by others what their soul's purpose is...well, start with your name (s), as this is what you are vibrating under this lifetime. This is a clue to your soul's purpose and journey. Only very occasionally do we have the 'wrong' name - our soul, before birth, gives the name it needs to the mother (generally).

Find the meaning(s) of your name, what it means - this quality or essence is essential to your soul's purpose this lifetime. It is interesting how we avoid, deny, shorten or change our names - why? what are we avoiding, denying...?

Our name is our power.

Usually, our soul's purpose is what is before us, in the everyday mundane tasks - how can it be otherwise? Our soul's purpose is not always 'grand' it can be something like learning about jealousy, or the correct use of money. Yet, at the sametime, every life is in some way grand, because it is life.

If we keep going with the everyday mundane life with courage and willingness, and a desire for greater awareness, then what Albert Einstein said below comes true. We need to understand this just to keep going sometimes. I think this is such a time, we are under such pressure at the moment, preparing for the 'burst into the new or of the new.'

Albert Einstein said, "There comes a time when the mind takes a higher plane of knowledge but can never prove how it got there. All great discoveries have involved such a leap."

(Albert means "bright" and "noble" amongst other things).

Happy Solstice! Tomorrow is Winter Solstice here in Australia, and Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. Truly a powerful time. Originally, it was a time when the Sun was thought to stand still for a while, and then start its journey again. In the standing still moment an opportunity is created for greater spiritual energies to reach Earth and all who live on it. So, each year, it is a time when the energy portals between the spiritual realms and earth are activated, creating a greater opening for the Spirit to pour into our physical world. As the veil is thinner now the ‘heavens’ are more available to us this day and for two days either side of this time.

In the ancient days this would have been the most important day in the year, the day of great celebration. We have been honouring this time for at least the past 5000 years of human history, and many of our sacred places in all traditions are focussed on the moment of the Winter and Summer Solistice, an obvious examples being Stonehenge in England, and Newgrange in Ireland.

What does this mean for us today? It is now, as it was then, a turning point, a renewal of energies, a renewal of life, which the Sun is both the giver of life and the symbolic Light of the Heavens. As this day connects you to all those who have celebrated it in the distant past, you can get a great sense of belonging…a continuum.

Celebrate it in your own way, not the ways of the past necessarily, but do whatever brings you closer to Spirit, to the Divine, also closer to the natural world (Nature). Consciously be aware and allow a little time for the Divine, open yourself to the beautiful energies of renewal, allow yourself to swirl with the portal energy - it is particularly strong this year having been preceded by a Full Moon yesterday. The energy is more 'electrical' than I have ever experienced it, working on the head, right hemisphere of the brain, and the Crown Chakra - so make sure you are very grounded to attain the greatest benefit of this Solstice energy.

This week in the Master Class we have been concentrating on Ascended Master Lord Serapis Bey, who is, amongst other things, the Great Initiator; his energy is immense. (Perhaps this is why it is difficult to sleep well at the moment).

This is the time that the spiritual initiate quietly comes into his/her own. This is the time (and the time to come) for the fullness of all the life-training you've had in this life and previous lives.

The spiritual initiate/warrior endures 'insults' because he/she knows the power and strength of their inner being. They know. They are so connected to their inner strength and spirit that only their own ego can destroy them.

If you have knowing and faith you do not need to prove anything to anyone.

You will be called upon to use this inner strength and faith now and in the time ahead - don't doubt, or waiver. Know that you know, in all humility.

This week in the Master classes that I have been teaching we are concentrating and working with the energy of Lady Vesta. A challenging energy for many because she is about our core fire within - which is quite sexy.

Lady Vesta energy feels to us to be a very sensual, sexual, dynamic; because her presence immediately lights the core fire within us, it can make us feel 'dangerous', ‘wicked’ naughty. She ignites the deep, eternal, creative life force within us.

Think Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley - not the way they looked, or what they wore, but the energy they gave off - this is the Lady Vesta energy or fire. (Okay, they both ended up in perhaps less than desirable ways, but who can judge? from what I can see they both came, did their sacred task very well, and left - hope I can do as well with my task).

Because this sexy inner core fire is something that we have not been 'allowed' to feel, or express in fullness, especially for women, for a very long time, Lady Vesta's energy brings up in us a lot of inner judgement, guilt, and SHAME. At the bottom of the inner barrel is usually shame, shame about ourselves. Shame is of a very low vibration, and generally is not necessary. The way to dissolve it is to really look at what you are ashamed of, and peel it away, and look to see what is underneath that, and so on. Or call Lady Vesta to help you dissolve it.

Lady Vesta's energy is not always close by, but it is at the moment, and will be for some time, as we start to deal with our issues around our sexuality, our creative fire, and our feelings of shame.

Lady Vesta’s Holy Day is June 7 - and the following week - so its time to dance...maybe even adding a little sensual, sexuality to your walk - think Marilyn Monroe! This will open those lower chakras and get the energies moving in you - YAH!

This is the time for more freedom and clarity, this is the time to be 'paring back,' thinking on what is essential (bye the way, joy is essential), this will lead to you feeling more peaceful and more energized.

We would all like to have more energy, right? to feel more vital and dynamic...do not be overwhelmed by detail, by all you have to do, and all you have be. Just be yourself. Your real self.

To have more energy at the moment, check quality and accuracy every step of the way - in work, socializing and in personal relationships, let nothing slide. Sometimes our communication may need an upgrade - observe how you speak to people.

Backlog is a drain on energy resources. Knowing there’s a backlog creates dread and avoidance. Its not worth it. Seeing the pile of things to do is a tremendous energy drain, and then worrying about it or having it at the back of your mind, yet still not doing it is an even bigger drain. Its a downward spiral. Just do it! you have to do it anyway, so this is the time to start it, and day by day commit to doing a little more of the pile, step by step.

Staying on top of things, including relationship issues as they arise, creates energy.

You don't have to be perfect.

How do you know when you are exerting too much or too little force? An open throat chakra is mastery of the Will, which few of us have presently mastered.

If you are trying to manifest something and it constantly feels like a struggle, that you are forcing it, and pushing up against something all the time with little result, then this usually means it is not part of your sacred contract.

This is tricky, because sometimes we do have to put a lot of effort in, without much reward, and not give up at the first (or second) hurdle...because for some of us, this may be a lesson or a test (not to crumble at the slightest obstacle or challenge).

Things can challenge us in ways that provide us with the opportunity to become stronger (this is the energy now), and even more determined about our goals/vision/dream.

If, however, you feel like you tried and tried, and you don't see or feel any 'flow', no natural momentum happening, then it's time to STOP. Surrender it up to something higher, let go, and see what happens.

When you've stopped, ask for clarity, clear guidance on what to do, then trust that you will receive an answer. And WAIT.

Ascended Master Lord Oke, who is around strongly at the moment, teaches us about the correct use of the will, and correct use of force. Ask him to guide you if you feel stuck, especially with these issues.

It has been an intense few months, especially since February last - has it felt like a non-stop ever-present rollercoaster ride of anxiety…? Could you do with a break? Well, the weeks ahead offer you a rest, a break from the loop we’ve been in. You will feel lighter, and that makes daily life, with all its complexity, a much easier ride.

There is a feeling, here in Australia, that it's time to hibernate – winter time! It's time for more sleep (with no guilt) your sleep will be deeper, more nourishing, more enfolding…

It is also time to enjoy the beautiful Earth, her gifts, energies, her solidness…
As the coming weeks unfold, do your best to attune to the rhythm and energies of the Earth. Stick your hands and feet into the soil and really feel the warm presence of Mother Earth, breathe her healing energy into you. Feel grounded and strong. Also, send your blessing love into Mother Earth to bless her and honour her. HONOUR EARTH.

This autumn/winter (now) our beautiful earth is getting her own upgrade, so to speak, there is an outpouring of spiritual and etheric energies going deep into the earth and earth’s atmosphere, eventually uplifting all who have their being on earth..crystals, plants, animals, us.

This autumn will be a deep and thoughtful time because the journey for us at the moment is an inner one.

It is more important than ever to be open than closed when seeking a new and better life. It helps at the moment to assume an attitude that “I don’t know” rather than 'I do know', this creates space within you, for the new to come in. Closed doors don't let much in. It's okay not to know. The mind needs to be open…your hearts are already open.

Today, in Australia it is a public holiday called ANZAC Day, which is a rememberance day for all those who gave their lives in past wars for our freedom. (The Australian soldiers were/are called 'Diggers').

It is always good to remember what went before, where we have come from so that we have a clearer idea of where we are going. Although at the moment I don't think many of us have a clear sense of where we are going? Anybody??

What seems to have happened is that our collective sense of destiny is lost (globally). This is part of the overall change that is happening but it does create a lot of 'disconnectedness.' We often don't feel connected to anything, which can make us feel very needy and lost...at the moment, physical activity will help you feel connected to yourself; any form of movement will bring balance.

Also, connect your energy consciously to the inner energy of Mother Earth - from your Base Chakra send your energy down through your legs and feet into the core of the Earth, then on the IN-breath draw up the Earth's energy into your body. This simple exercise done regularly will help you feel more connected, grounded, energized and peaceful.

It is a challenging time, and your challenge will be in any area that needs strengthening in your life or being.

Today, let us send our love to those souls who gave their lives for us, and say 'thank you' to them for the opportunity they gave us to be truly free. Let us not waste it...

Over the next few weeks that which you thought was an indelible fact of life, you will learn or realize is more a fact of mind, and as with all minds, it can change. As I said before, be flexible, don’t dig your heels in as this will bring on a huge ‘tug-o’-war - sometimes in seeming not to win, you win.

There is something about yourself you need to trust more, must trust more. As the future unfolds this self-trust will be crucial to your success, and dare I say it ‘survival.’ Trust yourself, if you can’t trust yourself why would anyone else trust you. (It’s like love, it you can’t love yourself, why would anyone else love you…)

The time ahead is about becoming yourself more..okay, your whole life (s) is about becoming yourself more, but the next two weeks there's a little bit of a push (!) from the spiritual forces to help you with this - a breakthrough (no, not breakdown, breakthrough, or to be really accurate a break out...a break out of your essence, your essential self). You are already who you would like to be...you just need to make it more obvious to yourself and then to others!

Birthing a new consciousness is very tiring, is it not?! I think I might give up - oh, okay then, maybe not. Actually, that's the whole point isn't it, we can't give up even if we want to. We can pretend to give up for a few days or so (that's really just a rest), but something within (and without) pushes, urges, demands that you just get on with it, keep going, have another go, stop whingeing, and get on with why you incarnated. In this destiny plan (travel plan) you can't stop, you can't get off and have a look around - well, you can but you know full well you are just pretending to be cool and relaxed, and shortly you're back to it, back on the destiny plan that you (foolishly perhaps) devised. Why do we agree to so much before we incarnate? why can't we just go 'okay, I'll do that and that, and see you later' (like in the old days, when all you had to do was churn the butter all day) but no we have to volunteer to come to Earth at such a tremendously challenging and extraordinary time because otherwise we might miss out.

That's it. If we weren't here now, we would, as souls, feel like we had missed out on something big, HUGE actually. So its alright really...life.

And also, if you are incarnated right now then you have some part to play in the current version of world karma. So what part of the world karma are you harmonizing?

I feel like I am constantly repeating myself, but somehow I still feel I need to reassure you that it is a crazy time...with 'crazy' new energies effecting us. You may feel crazy, it doesn't mean you are crazy or that you are doing anything wrong.

There does seems to be an escalation and a ramping up of the forces DAILY, we can feel like we are spinning from one huge thing to the next all in one day. It seems like there is no time or space to recover from that episode till you're onto the next one. But can you see how well you are coping (okay, not all the time, but that's allowed...) and that had all this been 'thrown' at you years ago you would not have handled it? This is what I see going on all around me. We are getting it, we are doing it faster, we are turning around quicker, the energies are moving up and down our spines and through our auras much more easily now - that's great.

The energies will not ease up, but it will feel easier soon, because we will be in sync with them, resonating and flowing with the new forces rather than wondering, as it all flies through us "what the heck was that...??"

The spiritual forces work through the life situations that are 'in your face' that you cant ignore, and in fact, at times the spirit, your guides, are presenting these opportunities to you so that you can transform, transcend, and become and express the essential and magnificent you.

Where is the magnificent you?

HAPPY EASTER HOLIDAYS!

This is a particularly powerful and dynamic time - it is the Vernal Equinox (equal day and night), a Full Moon and the Easter celebration. From a spiritual point of view all those events together see a tremendous outpouring of spiritual energies towards Earth and her inhabitants. Traditionally, Easter signifies a new beginning (symbolized by the Easter Egg), renewal, regeneration; as well as a rememberance of the original Easter story and its significance to you as an individual.

In times of great power, everything becomes amplified,so it is vital that you are aware of the energy you are sending out towards others and into the world. In not understanding or dealing with the power of this energy we can become frustrated which could lead to miscommunication and 'acting out.' Do not act out your emotions impulsively, use common sense. Do not make massive life-changing decisions on a whim whilst we are in this energy.

Use the energy to start anew, clean out and let go of that which you do not need to in the 'new.' Don't drag clutter into the new - it will not serve you, only the efficient, the essence, the economic will serve in this new and powerful era.

As much as possible, relax this holiday, and be mindful of your thoughts, and energy, as what is happening now and over the Easter period will have ramifications for quite some time to come.

We are still in an 'eclipse zone' as mentioned on my blog last week, there is a huge amount of processing going on. If I could I would probably call this two week period between the two eclipses the 'karmic zone' and give everyone two weeks off to have the time and space to process the constant and unrelenting waves of past life 'stuff' that is surfacing during this time. But, unfortunately, I am not in a position to grant humanity a few weeks off for processing - maybe next life! Now we are talking...a world leader that is in tune with the dynamic forces of the moment..hmmmm!

So as it is, what can we do? Understand that there are a lot of inner rumblings going on that need to come to the surface to be healed and cleared. At the moment it seems to be one thing after another but the new thing is that it is cleared very quickly, and cleared completely - not popping up again to surprise you at a later date. Also, the more we are able to clear this old stuff the more new opportunities are seemingly instantly there to take us in the new and better direction - it is all around you, but you need to realize it.

This is an amazing two weeks...don't waste it, make the most of it. Stay aware, vigilant, and keep stripping everything down till you know the essence (the essential nature) of the thing, situation, person.

As you are probably aware we have just (February 7) had a solar eclipse at the time of the New Moon - all eclipses and New Moon, Full Moon times are potent as they create what looks like a portal in the 'normal' energy fields which allows greater spiritual and cosmic energies to reach us. This particular eclipse is particularly powerful and has some connection energetically to the BLOOD MOON we experienced on 29 August 2007 (so think of what was happening for you then and since then...)

It also has a strong evoluntionary feel about it and connects to the February total solar eclipse of 1962, which ushered in a new 'age' of freedom - think, birth control pill, free love, males embracing their feminine side (long hair, flowing, floral clothes for men etc) and so much more.

This recent eclipse will have the same effect on consciousness only on another level - we are to receive an upgrade!

The Masters said that 2008 is the Year of Freedom - which means it is the seeding of the principle of freedom, not the fulfillment of it. Certainly, there has been a great outpouring of spiritual energies at this eclipse time that is giving everything a radical and dynamic boost of 'get on with it' energy.

It is important to look at what has been happening for you just prior to the eclipse on the 6/7 February (depending on your time zone) and the 14 days after it - whatever is happening for you at this time, both within and without you is what is going to lead you to your ultimate feeling of freedom; whatever is happening at this time, whether it feels negative or positive (or both) is what is going to lead you to becoming much freer and more joyful, and more you.

So take note of these things, and know also that this is a year of massive change (yes, another one, things are accelerating..), a year that month by month sees a great outpouring of spiritual energies, each month being quite dramatic and 'complete' in itself.

Aren't you glad you choose to incarnate at such an amazing time!!

It seems that we are feeling our wounds...we feel raw, vulnerable on many levels. This is good because when we feel the feelings (and not deny them) we move towards healing them. We have to 'feel it, to heal it.'

At the moment there is much emphasis on all aspects of healing, which includes all sorts of things, like healing your financial situation or attitude towards money.

This year we will be challenged, and the challenges will come and go in waves, and there will also be opportunity for greatness, much joy, and progress.

Remember, your vulnerability is your greatest strength; it is not weakness.

Also, hold in your heart, what the great mystic, Julian of Norwich, tells us, "In falling and rising again we are held in that same precious love." Let to into that love, that knowing, trust...

Do something right now that will bring you healing...and smiling.

The energies around at the moment are very intense (this will not stop throughout 2008 - but we may get used to them), this is causing tremendous restlessness, and what I like to call an "on the precipice" feeling. Its like we are teetering on the edge of something HUGE, like an abyss, and we are about to fall into it, having no control over where its taking us.

Energies seem to be bombarding us on every level, and in every way, and in every moment. Sometimes we feel excited, happy and driven, the next day we feel quiet, introverted and given over to other inner worlds.

This is all part of 'changing gear' going to a higher vibrational frequency, the new beginning.

In the next decade we will not only be bombarded with new spiritual energies helping us to wake up (remember, the initial changing gear is what takes the most effort, so we will feel it more right now than in a few months or years) but, following the logic "as within, so without" we will also be bombarded with physical objects from outer space. Whether that be asteroids (Asteroid 2007TU-24 on 29/30 January is to pass by the Earth coming in very very close to home. Nasa says it has 1 in 75 chance of hitting the Earth. Hmmm... don't think that will happen. But it will be within a 'cosmic whisker' and therefore will cause some stirring up in the galactic energies, and the electro-magnetic field of earth - which, in case you've forgotten we are all part of and made from - everything effects us, but we're strong, aren't we?!) meteorites, space debris, and defunk satellite junk stuff from out there is going to hit the Earth's atmosphere more frequently than in the past.

Could all this bombardment be trying to teach us something, show us something (that we already know but keep ignoring)? like to value the amazing and unique planet we live on and the resources it so freely gives to keep us alive. Whether we like it or not, this is at present our home - and its a pretty good home at that. If someone was throwing bricks at your home or car right now you probably wouldn't like it, I wouldn't. But in a convoluted way that's what we are doing to our planet and ourselves, even our physical bodies we are polluting so why are we so concerned about the 'gods' throwing rocks at us, metaphorically speaking?

We are teetering on the edge of huge shifts in awareness, energies, ideas and attitudes. In twentyfive years time, if you look back to now you would be shocked to see have far you had come. That's good news.

I think we have all had enough of the old rot, the old ways that don't work, that no longer serve us, the old nonsense. So its going...on the other hand, that which is old and precious is staying.

Okay, correct me if I am wrong, but you need more joy in your life, more fun, more laughter. I have never heard anyone say they are having too much fun or feeling too joyful. In fact, 'doing joy' is a major lesson for humanity - did anyone model sustained joy for you when you were a youngster? No, me neither. What we are good at is self-sacrificing, we know how to suffer...

Remember, joy and playfulness is healthy, it adds light to every part of your being, your aura shines more (attracting more light) your cells are invigorated. So there's no need to feel guilty about pursuing more joy in your life. Ask for it to come into your life in abundance.

Joy is a quality of a balanced and healthy Sacral Chakra (located just below the naval) so turning on the JOY SWITCH is also going to harmonize the Sacral Chakra.

To survive all the changes coming our way this year, and the spiritual energies hitting our galaxy, you will need to practice joy, playfulness and mindless fun.

To turn on the Joy Switch in you, do something everyday for the next fourteen days that is fun for you, that brings you joy, and in the real sense of the word, mindless.

Well done, you have triumphed! you have managed to hold together your molecules and get through the tremendous outpouring of transformative energies of 2007. Celebrate this. Look back over the year and you will see that you have gained something stupendous, that is, more of you! You are more you now that you were!

Welcome to the Year 2008 what the Masters call the 'Year of Freedom'. At least it is the seeding year for freedom - in some way, both personally and globally it will be the year that sets in motion the forces that will bring freedom. Freedom from what? well, that's for you to answer - ponder on what it is you would like to be free of, also ponder on what freedom means to you. For me it means lightness of being, being light-hearted in a sustained way, it also means much more of course. What it doesn't mean is running away from all your responsibilities and obligations. Running away is actually the opposite of freedom.

2008 will also see the seeds planted for the world to be a much freer and happy place - this is the starting point.

Wow! What a lot going on…are you exhausted or exhilarated? Or both… So energetically speaking, we have got going on:

• Christmas forces
• Solstice 22nd December
• Full moon 24th December
• End of year 2007
• New year 2008

Okay that happens every year you say! Yep! But not like this one – it’s a TSUNAMI OF ENERGY…wave after wave, with undertow, disappearing ground, feeling like you are sitting in blancmange, spinning endlessly. SPINNING………the feeling of spinning at this time of year comes from the closeness of the Christmas angels - that's the twelfth dimension for you…where Christmas angels originate from.

With this tsunami-like energy (not just mere waves as before) we then move towards the highly emotional and dramatic Full Moon on Christmas Eve – just to keep you on your toes for Christmas day. It's a Full Moon like no other – knowing in advance gives you the edge - it will highlight all the opposites within you and around you. You may feel crazy...remember 'this too shall pass'. Whatever you are grappling with now there it is magnified in front of you…

Also there is a feeling of desperately wanting to move forward but being held back because of practical details - this will fall perfectly into place next year.

By now you could be feeling out of control, with your life seemingly out of control, somehow slipping away…..good!

Now, and 2008, is the beginning of real explosion of cosmic consciousness, and all the spiritual forces really flooding in because the control systems are melting away (this is why its good).

The other extraordinary thing with the energies at the moment is the unprecedented quickening that is happening - in other words, I've never seen such an astonishing level of energies unfolding in such a short period of time - although we have been preparing for this on a soul level for many years – the best preparation of course, will not halt the process or steady your nerves, but it does mean that you will, on a soul level, dance! achieve, move forward, free yourself.

In any case, you are strong and you will survive this 'tsunami' of energy, and you will eventually feel freer and happier.

So this is Christmas...celebration of the birth of Jesus 2000 years ago, and celebration of the birth of the Christ force within you every Christmastime.

This year it seems particularly 'crazy' not just on the outside, but on the inside too! Oh well, I suppose that's a nice balance; but seriously there does seems to be a lot of 'shape-shifting' walking on moving ground or sitting in blancmange going on - energetically speaking. That's the twelfth dimension for you - sometimes called the Twelfth Ray, from which the Christ force issues forth, we call them Christmas angels.

Okay, you're alive; you're free; you're love; you're loved - realise it. Ask the brilliant golden white Light of the Christ Consciousness (twelfth dimension) to come to you (gently!) Draw this Light in through your Crown centre (top of head) flooding your entire being with this beautiful divine Light. Do this everyday till 6 January 2008, and you will be prepared for Christmas - the ground may still be moving but you won't care!

If all else fails, remember that 'this too shall pass' repeat often.

Christmas is about giving, and goodwill to all of humanity. It is not exclusive to Christians in my view, as one of the key teachings of Jesus was inclusivity.

As we move more and more into the Christmas season we will feel the Christmas angels descending closer to us. The Christmas angels, are the angelic force that belong to and issue forth from the Christ Consciousness, and at this time every year descend very low over earth and all her inhabitants. The Christmas angels feel like a beautiful ‘cloud’ that descends over us to about waist level. They come from a glorious realm which is so brilliant in its radiance we could not look upon it – it is silvery-white and feels like total bliss. It is like soaring through bliss. This is the Christ consciousness; the 12th ray.

At Christmastime these angels are coming close to us and the world renewing the energies of the world, and reminding us all that our purpose here at present is to BE LOVE, forgive and bring PEACE to all.

It would be good to allow some time and space in your busy schedule to connect to these beautiful spiritual beings as they hover around you, maybe just saying “Hi” to them is enough. Often we are so distracted by the swirl of parties, people, presents, feasting, family, that this added spiritual closeness of the angels seems to cause even more tension in us and everyone else – I think that acknowledging them and allowing them close into your heart helps the swirl of Christmas become easier and more joyful, rather than stressful. Try it!

The outpouring of the angelic energies hits your crown chakra at this time, and until early January, when the Christmas angels will again lift away from the earth.

There is joy – ask the Christmas angels to help you experience it, in abundance this Christmas!

This is a reminder to let Divine energy come into your life, rather than simply attending to the constant demands of life and our ego.

All you need is an attitude of openness; complete openness for a few minutes each day to receive the 'imprint' of the Divine in your energy field and awaken the Divine part of you held within your soul levels. So sit with the attitude of complete openness, hands open, legs open, heart open, mind open and ask the Divine to embrace you, and see what happens. Complete openness takes practice, as does complete loving. So practice.

Also remember that you are part of something much greater, more amazing than you could ever imagine, and much closer to you in your everyday reality that you would believe.

Being more aware of the bigger picture can often help with the apparent smallness (and often annoyingness!) of life.

Be open; expect a miracle!

There is so much energy around at the moment, its everywhere, in everyone's auras like sparklers... Its in the trees, flowers, plants, crystals, soil, animals, birds, sky, water, everywhere. It is strong, and beautiful and at times fiery. It is difficult to adjust to it and also difficult to allow it to flow through our energy bodies. But flow it will, and this can create a sense of tension because of the unusalness of the energy, and the path it is forging in our astral bodies and our consciousness.

Just remember to breathe - that always helps! No, seriously, do remember to breathe.

This energy isnt allowing you to standstill or hang on to your old outdated 'stuff.' The energy feels like both 'fire' and 'water' at the same time - fire and water create new land, new territory.

What new land is being created in and around you?

(This energy can stir up anger in you, so you may feel angry for no apparent reason - oh well, just feel angry - you have to feel it to heal it. Just don't kick the cat - Lord Kuthumi wouldn't like that!)

Try speaking deeper, lower, so that your voice vibrates deep in your chest. This helps you to 'align' yourself more fully with your feeling heart, your body, and your mind.

I am sure you have noticed that your voice echos your state of being, it expresses, through your throat chakra, your mood, your inner connectedness and your soul. For instance, when you are vital and energetic your voice echos this vibration, so your voice is powerful, masterful, energetic, magnetic, delightful to listen to. When you are sorrowful or unhappy, unhealthy, your voice and words are weak, lacking and pathetic, and quite often annoying to others.

It is time to be more conscious of your voice, and to be aware of the power of your voice and the words you choose. Dropping the voice deeper into the chest will help develop a rich voice and this will help your connection with your Higher Self. People listening to you can then hear and recognize that you have 'authority' (masculine power) and serenity (feminine power). You are aligned and balanced bring forth true communication.

True communication is part of the Aquarian Age learning.

Communicating truth opens the throat chakra in a sustained way.

So, practice speaking more deeply to see how it feels; and as always be very conscious of the words and tone you choose to communicate your truth (or even your nonsense!) to others.

It is much easier to be negative than positive. If, in the opening years of this millennium, we can understand what is happening to us as a world community, and we are able to bring in the energies, the new ways of doing things and the new consciousness, and hold this for humanity, we will change the vibration of the world and it will be much easier living here.

Everything will change – it will be much easier to create, manifest, invent, grow, heal, live, share, laugh, evolve….a new way of living. We will be naturally light-hearted.

Many of us have incarnated at this amazing time of ‘changeover’ to a new consciousness, to help bring it in – our sole purpose being to be conscious in some way of the Light within us and to hold this Light and vision for humanity. It takes great souls with spiritual ‘muscle’ to bring in this new energy, and for many it feels like we have one foot in the old and one foot in the new, not knowing quite which way to go.

We are gaining momentum, and contrary to how it may look at times in the world we are going the right way!

Right now you need to RESPECT YOUR SELF. Self-respect, not self-contempt.

The next two weeks should be 'quieter' and then we prepare for the advent of Christmas, when the Christmas angels come closer.

I've had many people telling me that their life has turned upside down over the past two weeks, or they feel like they are in the 'spin cycle' of the washing machine. That's good - you are doing your inner work! you are in a process, its happening, you're feeling it, and responding to it.

And yes, its really annoying, and really confusing, and it doesnt make sense - its not meant to make sense, it just is.

During the past few weeks a lot of karma has been thrown up in the air, released from deep within our soul memory to be cleared and cleansed, and dissolved finally back into love.

Don't you love the way everything comes back to the only important thing, that is, love.

So that's the answer to everything: LOVE. Easy really, huh?

If you want to survive the next millennium all you have to do is love; start with yourself, learn to love yourself unconditionally.

Jesus, and many of the other great beings came here to teach love. That's it...after 2000 years, how we doing? have you/we learnt to love unconditionally yet? oh well, we have another few years!

Repeat after me: I AM LOVE.

(Do this for the rest of your life).

Focus your intent, gently. Take your time, let yourself feel how you feel, with no judgement - it just is. This is not the time to take action before forethought. If you feel stuck, like you are getting nowhere, you will shortly have the opportunity to get 'unstuck.' But not yet, dont hurry the process, let it move through you. Slow down for a few days, especially in your mind.

Be tender with yourself (and others), this is a delicate time of transition and it will not be hurried.

It is okay to slow down temporarily (as long as you don't feel guilty about it).

When we are aligned (brought into line) we are cosmic. We are aligned with everything within us and without us. We are balanced. We are our IAMNESS.

We spend much of our lives trying to get into balance, and remain there – we call it being ‘centred’ or ‘grounded’ or ‘in our bodies’ and it is all of these things and more. When we are aligned we are fully in our bodies, especially our physical body, at the same time that we are connecting our energies with the earth’s energies and with the higher celestial divine energies, which includes the galactic energy, the star energies, other beings, as well as other humans, and so on. We are ONE (or whole) with all of this.

Now the time has come to experience the Spirit, the Divine, within our bodies, within this dimension of time and space - in other words, here on earth. The spirit wants to DESCEND now into us, so that the spiritual force becomes a FULL BODY EXPERIENCE. So far, this has been a rare occurrence for mankind. Only those we call mystics, seers, sages or prophets of old have been able to have this experience, and then - were they fully in their physical bodies when it happened? – we will never know.

So it is not that we are to ASCEND, or leave our physical bodies, or our place here, to experience the spirit more fully but that we must allow the spirit to descend, we must become more ‘ensouled’ whilst remaining fully anchored in the physical body. There is plenty of time to ‘ascend’ when you finally leave your body, the act which we call death.

In other words, more of our Higher Self needs to have room to ‘incarnate’ within us – we want to become more of who we really are – our IAMNESS.

This is the new challenge, the new consciousness, to be even more here on earth and still be part of the other dimensions - to be connected to spirit and be functioning brilliantly on earth in a practical, useful way!

This is what our current challenge is; this is why we feel like we are being 'rewired.' We are developing a greater consciousness, one that will serve us well in the future, creating more 'space' within us to receive the greater teachings of our Beloved Ascended Masters.

Okay, that all sounds really good - but what about now, you ask.. Now, be grounded, connecting your energy deep into the Earth; breathe deeply and calmly often; recognize you are in a process and this scattered feeling will not continue forever.

You can, over the next few days, receive wisdom from the 'gods' if you make time for them. This is always true, but it is a particularly potent time for this.

Be grounded! do as much as possible outside, in nature is even better.

There are a lot of 'electrical' energies around at the moment. These energies seem to play on our minds, as if we are, at times, being expanded and stretched within our minds. This makes for a very scattered feeling, and indeed, it does seem harder to pull ourselves together and remain centred, grounded, and achieving.

Remember that it is only necessary to commit to today - on rising in the morning ask yourself if you can commit to living today as well as you can. That's all, usually we can manage a day at a time, otherwise we get overwhelmed, especially at this time in evolution. Sometimes, all we can commit to is an hour, or the next five minutes..that's okay too.

This electrical-type force is encouraging us to transform; we are being rewired, which is not always comfortable! But it does mean we are in a process, it is not rational, so don't try to work it out - it doesn't make sense. It just is.

Practise being in the flow, rather than resisting it. Everything is okay.

There is a greater emphasis at the moment on the right side of the brain; the Light is, as it were, pouring more directly into this side of your head. The right side of the brain influences the leftside of one's physical body, so we may become more 'aware' of our left side, or we may notice the left side doesn't 'feel right' somehow.

This is your work this year, and next. To balance the right and left hemisphere of the brain – you will know which one needs more attention. Do you need to be more logical, rational, organized? Or do you need to flow more, allow, be creative, artistic, trusting your intuition? This isn’t always easy, as the over worked mind thinks it knows the answers but that isn’t really helpful! Luckily the Light will help you here – ask Ascended Master St Germain, or the Radiant One, for help with this one.

This is wholistic, when we balance the mind, we can then reintegrate it with the body and the soul, and heal the split of these which was imposed upon us in the early 1600’s.

There has been much made of the technical and economic advances that have been made in the past 15 years. All this has been the left brain hemisphere, but in the future there will be less focus on these external things, and more on telepathy and intuitive technology, like remote viewing – then the overall emphasis of human endeavour will shift.

Due to the light pouring into our head, especially our right brain, it will soften and widen the brow chakra, (third eye) which will heighten all our senses, and our etheric body will become softer, fuller, larger, consequently we will be much more sensitive, intuitive, clairvoyant, and have greater clarity and knowing. Simple and effective ways to help this process, that is, to help open the 3rd eye this year are through smell (fragrances) and sound (music, drums, birdsong) – the nearer to their natural condition (ie Nature) the more effective. Of course, being out in nature will very quickly and naturally expand your etheric body so that you will be more receptive to the spiritual forces.

And because the light is focusing on the right hemisphere of the brain we will value things and ideas that we once valued, but that have been overtaken by the rational mind. We will again be connected consciously to the living universe, and we will feel a magic, an enchantment about life that has been lost since the advent of Science. (Why has the Harry Potter stories and the like, been ridiculously popular with the young people – what is crying out in their souls that needs nourishing, and what future have they come to claim/walk that we didn’t? that they need these magical stories).

Essentially, for the next six to eight months there is a greater emphasis on our second chakra, the energy centre just below your naval, which is called the Sacral. If it is harmonious and working well it will be a beautiful orange colour (vibration) - breathe into that area and look or feel what colour or shade of orange your Sacral Chakra is now, and check again in six months, and see the difference as this chakra becomes more vital.

The energy of this chakra is about our relationship with everything outside of ourselves, so this is our relationships with other people, with Nature, and also includes how we relate and feel towards money, abundance, creativity, and all things emotional.

This is the chakra that brings the experience of JOY on earth.

During this time we will be challenged by the spiritual energies and by life to FEEL. To be emotional. Yes, even more emotion! To connect with our passion, and express it. It is an opportunity to heal, balance and awaken this chakra to a new level of response, so it can resonate with the higher levels of creativity, passion, feeling, abundance and so on.

So don't be surprised if you are challenged to look at your love life, your relationships, and your role in these. You will see more clearly how you operate in relationships.

It is also a time of continued emphasis on debt and borrowing, both globally, individually and in corporations. I have been saying over the past two years to 'get your house in order' in these areas, because if you are too much in debt (credit cards etc.) it is likely to backfire on you. Our emphasis should be on finding balance in the financial area, and in particular not 'owing' so much. 'Owing' is very symbolic in the karmic sense. Debts are karmic debts; karmic lessons.

It is time to feel - you must 'feel it to heal it'; whatever it may be.

The best way to deal with the emotions and feelings that will arise, and what is going on in the world is to FLOW. Trust and flow.

Practice flowing...it can only help. Wear orange for JOY.

You came to Earth to create something special - how's it going?

In a few days (23rd September) it will be the Equinox, a word meaning "equal night." Twice a year we have a day and a night that is mostly equal, this is the Equinox. Daylight and nighttime and all the shades of light in between give off different energies, and therefore also have a different 'consciousness.' When these are equal (like now) then we have balance, and in this balance we have a greater opportunity to create something special. When balanced we can more fully connect with spirit, so the creativity or co-creation can be with and from the Highest levels.


At the moment the level of guidance available to us from the Divine is very strong, particular from our Beloved Archangel Michael. September is traditionally the celebration of Archangel Michael - we used to call it Michaelmas.

If you want to cut from something that no longer serves you, or is no longer relevant; and/or you want to create that something special, then call on Archangel Michael to help you do it.

In this time of 'equal' many divine beings are there waiting for your call.

For the past month, particularly since the 'Blood Moon' two weeks ago, that is the total lunar eclipse, a lot of things have changed. A new door opened and requires you to walk through it - some have already done so and feel that life has more ease, more flow, there is more contentment.

Others have not yet moved through this doorway; if you feel stuck then this is a clue that you need to do more clearing and letting go, particularly on a family level. How many generations of your family of origin can you remember or have quite some knowledge of? if your answer is two or three, that is, your parents, and grandparents, then they have energetically imprinted upon your astral body their 'stuff.' (No blaming your parents or grandparents please, this was how it was meant to be then).

This is not about separating from your family of origin, it is about separating from their 'stuff' which is no longer relevant to you right now in this moment. It is time to let the family stuff go.

This is especially true around three things: Victim consciousness (victims always blame, justify, deny and quite); martyr consciousness (endless and often unnecessary sacrifice); and lastly family addictions. These three things are the ones to let go of, you do not need them in your astral body.

Ask our Beloved Archangel Michael to help you cut and clear any of these things from your energy bodies and your consciousness, ask him to do it in a perfect way. Archangel Michael is very close to humanity at the moment, his energy is very strong and fiery, yet empowering and loving. Call on him.

This week I am really following on from last week, partly because many people seems to feel desperate, confused or stuck at the moment.

In many ways we know that these are desperate times. Why did you choose to incarnate in such desperate times? at such a time of great transition? If you are here now dealing with the situations, issues, energies of our times, then you are strong enough on a soul level to deal with it - or you would have left by now, or not incarnated at this time.

If you are incarnated then you are here to help bring in the new. What will help you most at the moment is to accept the cycles of change.

Something is ending; something is reaching is completion both in your life/self and in the world. Transformation is in progress - this is why the image of 'skulls' is everywhere. Skulls are depicted on clothing, jewellery, posters, CDs - this symbolizes death of the old in quite a dramatic form.

If you feel stuck, desperate, confused you need to change something about your life, then this will unleash your true potential. Is fear blocking your personal vision? It is time to express your vision.

Remember, if one dream ends, there is always a bigger better dream underneath waiting to happen.

I hope you saw or felt the wonderful Lunar Total Eclipse recently, this was visible from the Eastern States of Australia (where I live) and was beautiful to watch. Wherever it is visible by the naked eye it is particularly significant for that country and anyone who lives there.

Of course, it has an influence all over the world.

From a spiritual point of view, Full Moon is a time of an outpouring of spiritual energies towards the Earth, and we all feel this to some degree. Total eclipses are potent, as the ancients knew and felt, as the time of the eclipse moves towards us it is a time of significant clearing, and during the eclipse itself, its as if a portal opens and the great light beings (the Masters and angels)can and do reach our consciousness more directly. From this comes change, either within one's self or one's life direction or circumstances change always for the better. This is particularly true if you view the eclipse, or it is in your part of the world.

So have you noticed the shift in the energies since earlier in the week? do you feel lighter? have you let go of something? has something you no longer need ended? and then the new comes, the release comes, the feeling of joy for no apparent reason. Over the next couple of months you may notice a new level of being, perhaps a fleeting glipmse of other dimensions, a feeling of hope, upliftment, as the burden of the old ways falls away.

Let them go - don't pick up the old again.

I think we are looking for something to trust at the moment. On a journey trust is the best thing you can take with you to get there.

There is a lot of dynamic, and at times, explosive energy around at the moment and for the week ahead. It is creating a tremendous amount of uncertainty - we live in a very uncertain world, as we transverse the boundaries from being an aware physical human being to an acutely conscious multi-dimensional being. We are actually already multi-dimensional but we are not conscious of it, mostly.

As they say, the only certain thing is uncertainty. What is there to hold on to? what is there to trust? well, basically, there's you and the gods (spiritual forces) you can trust them; you can hold on to you. The world will not become more certain, or more safe, until we find it within our own multi-dimensionality which corresponds to the multi-dimensionality of the cosmos.

Is that hard to find? yes and no...Listen. Listen to Nature she speaks with absolute clarity. Listen to your nature (your physical body) it speaks with absolute clarity, if you really listen.

Trust what you hear from Nature, and from you.

Physical movement (I'm trying to avoid the word 'exercise') will help shift the energy through you, so to speak. But do not push the physical beyond its bounds, or it will rebound back on you. Being creative can also help focus this big energy into something positive.

Too much energy? do something for someone else... not enough energy? give something away...

It's winter in Australia, and I have been joining in with the 'winter' idea and hibernating in my doona with a serious bout of the 'flu. Illness is always like entering another world, where one's normal world is suspended, cut off, unavailable...

As I come 'back' to my normal world, I notice things differently, in a new sense, or heightened sense. What I notice is how much we want to 'get on with it' 'make it happen' we feel very creative, outgoing, but no matter how much we try we are being frustrated, things are not flowing forward as well or as quickly, if at all, as we would like.

Hang in there, for those who are trying to create something and 'get it happening' the bubble will burst in about three weeks, and then whatever you are planning will move forward with much more ease, and even momentum.

This time is for creativity, rest, fun, and preparing mentally for the new.

Following on from last week's blog about our energies, I wanted to talk about another aspect of this that seems very relevant to now and the past few weeks. This is negative energy, or you could say negative thinking...now, you are probably thinking, "yeah, yeah, we know all about that - keep positive etc." And sometimes when we hear things too often, we dont hear them at all. But the reason I am discussing this now is that I am very aware of an extra outpouring of negative forces upon us, and no one is immune - it doesnt matter how highly evolved you are, anyone can fall. Awareness and vigilance is needed at this time.

I don't want you to put lots of mind energy into worrying about the negative forces, because then you can attract them. But do look at current situations where you feel overly critized or attacked by other people, or conversely, where you are overly critizing yourself. The negative forces can act through others, usually through their ego, and also act on our ego, if we let it. Awareness of what's going on is the key because with awareness comes clarity and in the light of clarity no negative force can penetrate.

From what I can 'see' there has been a recent influx of energy from the Ascended Masters towards the world, this beautiful spiritual energy is to assist people who live peace in their hearts. These are the ones who will make a difference and help bring peace to our world. But as the veil thins, and the portals to peace open, there is a reaction from the negative forces to stop this happening. Basically, if you open a portal, anything can get in.

Why don't the 'gods' stop this you ask? Well, as I've mentioned before, they can't do it for us, otherwise we would never grow up. But they can assist us, guiding us, especially if we ask them for guidance.

What we are learning at present is being able to cope with attacks from others (in whatever form) and to cope with unpopularity, and to stand in our truth (without hurting others).

I am not a doom prophet, I just want to make you aware of what's going on so that you don't get effected by it.

Remember, to say at all times "I AM LIGHT."

It is time to start understand more about 'energy' and the correct use of energy - we are starting to see this in the global sense, realizing the consequence of the our over-use and misuse of the earth's resources to 'power' our machines, and our needs. It is also a time to understand what real power is.

If we are to live in harmony with nature and each other (there will be many 'energy-wars' in the future, that is, conflict over energy sources, and energy methods), then we also need to, in a pure metaphysical sense, take responsibility and look at ourselves. Each individual needs to look not only how we use/misuse the earth resources, but how do we use and misuse our own energy. How are you wasting your energy?

We need to understand our own energy, our energy bodies, what we vibrate with, what we resonate with. Ask yourself what gives you energy? what energizes you? especially in a sustained way. And I dont mean eating energy bars, or caffenine drinks!

We all need to recognize our own energy field, and also recognize when it is not your energy, but the energy of another person, or entity, or the environment, and so on. Your physical body 'sits' inside your personal energy field (aura) - you can feel with your hand how far out from your body does your energy field extend, practise having a sense of pushing your energy field out further, and then further still, (note how you feel when it is extended) and then draw it back in slowly to where it was initially (note how this feels). This is a simple exercise to do to help make you more aware of your energy and how it operates.

Do not misuse your energy, it is a precious resource, just like the energy resources given by the Earth. From a spiritual point of view, the more we are use our personal energies harmoniously, the more we help the world.

Okay, this is definitely a crazy weird time for all of us! So don't despair you are not alone in this. Definitely a time when everything seems to be spinning crazily from one thing to the next, or spiraling out of control, interspered with moments of happiness. It is not easy to keep grounded or know where your boundaries are, although this would help, of course. It seems we are meant to be spiralling out of control, with little or no known direction; and what makes sense seems to change daily, so that the safe boundaries we call 'ourselves' are softened, dissolved, so that the spiritual energies can help you and your soul expand into a newer, and greater, you.

Does this make any sense? perhaps not.

Again, there is an intensification of the energies, resulting in an acceleration of everything that oscillates or vibrates. The energies seem to be effecting, in particular, anything made up of watery substances, whether that is the ocean, the cells of your body, or the fluids running through a plant.

This intensification is making us all the more sensitive to each other, which ultimately is a very good thing, as sensitivity (which leads to empathy and eventually conscious oneness with all things) to one another and any other living thing promotes world peace.

Initially, though as the new energies flood through us the sensitivity causes irritability. Its okay to be irritable, but its not okay to 'dump' it on others (or for them to dump it on you), recognize what going on and take responsibility for it by communicating with others that share your life, by saying something like, "I'm irritable, its not about you, I just need some space (or whatever you may need...)" It is also important to note that you dont need to know exactly why you are irritable or explain it fully to others, you just need to accept that for now that's how you feel. It also helps a lot if you accept other irritability at this time.

Its a 'full on' time at the moment - do whatever you need to to survive (without hurting yourself or others, of course).

In my BLISS book I stated that the year 2007 is called (by the Ascended Masters) the Year of Nature, which has certainly turned out to be very true. This year has seen a tremendous all-consuming emphasis on the environment, the weather, what we have done to the planet over the past two hundred years, and what we can do now to bring our beloved earth back into balance.

It is important to also remember that you are, in part, made up of earthly substance, which we call our physical body - your physical body is your part of nature, or the environment, that you need to look after, and bring into balance. This is always important, but it is especially important if we are to deal with and embrace the new spiritual energies that are focussed on our world now and for some time to come. We need to be grounded, centred as much as possible, and eating wholesome natural foods to give ourselves, our bit of 'nature', the best chance to thrive through this tranformational time. It is also interesting that this year many Western countries and governments are emphasising a healthy lifestyle, food and exercise.

So listen to your own body; it has it own intelligence, it knows what to do, it can heal itself - if you give it a chance. For you to survive spiritual tranformation you need to have a strong healthy body that can deal with the 'cosmic' waves of energy coming towards us. So practice doing one healthy thing a day that you wouldn't normally do! Start there...and look after your 'bit of nature' that you have been given.

It’s good to be back in Australia after my trip overseas! A wonderful multilayered trip full of joy and a little work. Travelling makes me even more aware of our incredible existence on the surface of this mighty rock we call home, and how wondrous it is and how exquisitely beautiful it looks from the airplane window.

How lucky we are to be alive!

From the aerial view I could see even more powerfully how the earth is a huge vibrating, oscillating piece of light. And you are having your adventure, your existence on this beautiful light, we are all part of it and it part of us, the more we understand this the more we can contribute to the earth’s healing process and our own evolution.

As we know, everything around us and in us is composed of energy. As you raise your own vibrational energy on earth, you allow the spiritual realm to have easier contact with you. Ascended Masters and angels work on a higher vibrational level than we do on earth, their thoughts are pure energy and operate at much faster speeds. In order for spirit to communicate with us on the physical plane, it requires them to slow down or step down their vibration and for us to speed up ours. (That doesn't mean that we have to become more frentic and ‘speedy' in ourselves, actually, its quite the reverse).

Your core (soul) vibration is so important because its what you are emanating all the time out into the Universe. The Universe can only read your core soul vibration. Your vibration, whether as a form of sound, thought, feeling or action is recorded (imprinted) on your ‘point' in the ethers, which is your Ashaskic Record.

Your core vibration is what the Universe is set up to read, and deliver back to you. This is the relationship you, the essential you, have with the Universe: the Universe always manifests your core vibration. It is not fooled by what you say that you want; because it reads your core vibration. It is not fooled by mere "affirmations", for it reads the sum total of you. This is why affirmations by themselves do not have consistent manifesting power. We can affirm that we want more money or love all day long, but if our core soul vibration is low, the Universe read this emanation form our core soul vibration and ‘mirrors' that back to us.

So, it is essential to keep to raising our vibration and align it more with our Higher Self and your soul purpose, then your desires for manifesting wealth, abundance, relationships, cosmic consciousness or whatever enhances your path becomes possible and probable. And the bonus for the world is in doing this you help raise the vibration of all souls incarnated at this time, and the earth itself.

Love is the only real thing; love is god, god is love. Love is the force that links us all together, soul to soul, cell to cell. If you feel loved you are a different person than you are if you dont feel love. If you love someone, and they love you you are linked to that person forever, regardless of whether they have passed on, or you are no longer in contact with them, there is a spiritual link between these souls forever.

Whatever lasts in our world, lasts because of love. Anything created in love will persist, whether it is art, poetry, literature, sculpture, architecture, music. The human race persists because of love.

People need your love; the whole world needs your love; you also need to love yourself unconditionally. Ascended Master Lady Nada brings you unconditional acceptance, a step on the way to unconditional love. Call on her for this gift.

I know you know all the above, but for some reason we need to be reminded of what is essential, what is important, and why we are here.

You are love. Be love.

This is a time for honesty. Honesty in our relationships, honesty with ourselves. It is time to be more direct, lovingly direct, and not to be defining ourselves by our fears.

To be more Light (divine light) is to more and more live from your inner core of truth, which is not easy in our world, as not so many are doing this, or able to do it. The sad part is that often we don’t even know how much more there is, how much depth, and richness there is in own being, yet alone the cosmos, or spiritual realms or even our friends…perhaps we should start looking deeply into others – it starts with not judging them, and looking anew with honesty being the aim. Imagine how sad this makes the spiritual beings, the Masters, angels, our guides, that we are so 'covered' in our fears that we cannot be true to ourselves or experience the richness of life that constantly surrounds us.

It is also time to let go of the victim consciousness, to realize that 'no one did it to you' and that this is life, and be amazed by it - it is such a gift. Unwrap the gift and enjoy it more!

There is positive energy around at the moment to communicate your feelings; and to dare to express your dreams and wishes.

It is not the time to hide; it is the time to be seen, to be visible, to be 'out there' as we say. To have the courage to express your feelings and be more you, you need to have firm boundaries.

It is time to leave the shadows behind and not be haunted by them - do something new, express something new - in words, in feelings, in your clothes, communicate something deeper about yourself in some way to another.

We all need to share a little more of ourselves from that deep secret place which is ourselves - this is what the world needs more of.

This is a testing time! a time of transformation. It is not easy to transform, especially if you don't know the process. It is also confusing because one minute you feel 'happy' and the next you feel anything but happy, and often for no apparent reason. It is a time of emotional intensity, and restlessness, and frustration, which if you are not staying grounded will create overwhelming anxiety in you and this will cause you to waste your energy.

A lot of the present anxiety is caused by issues relating to a TIME, whether it be past incidents rising up again, or past life situations, or anxiety about the future. Or feeling like there's not enough time, so you have to hurry, feeling pressured to finish things, hurry up, there's no time, there's no tomorrow... The best way to deal with this is to be fully present in the moment, after all, there is only this moment - this is not an easy task but it works. At the moment it seems that we have to work harder at keeping everything balanced, especially within.

This energy will not continue forever, and it will be more difficult to structure life, or control it or even understand it. Remember, this too shall pass. It is also good to say "all is well" repeatedly when you are feeling overwhelmed and not present.

This process is helping us all to let go of the past (time) and be prepared for the new energies, we all deal with it differently ranging from confusion, uncertainty to chaos and a feeling of collapse. As mentioned last week there is a lot of fear, self doubt rising up, and this causes us to feel vulnerable, sensitive and 'raw.'

On a physical level, we can experience problems with our back and particularly our spine. Our spine being our 'backbone' the structure in us that we rely on for strength and to 'hold it all together' so when we are going through a time of great change and inner transformation we tend to get back/spine issues. (There are, of course, many reasons for back pain - always seek medical help if it persists - once it is in the physical it needs to be dealt with physically as well as metaphysically).

The other area that can feel a lot of blocked energy is the head; so there could be added head pain, or headaches.

Whenever our spine or head hurts we feel very vulnerable, which leads to anxiety.

Rest, be in nature, laugh, and ask your Higher Self "what do I need for balance and healing..."

And, remember, all is well.

Want to feel better?

If you want to feel better at the moment the spiritual energies are urging you to take leadership, whether in your work, career, relationships, family etc. Act independently, and take responsibility for whatever comes your way. This challenge is to prove to yourself that you have untapped strength within, to realise 'what you are made of.'

If you are lazy or stubborn you will fail. If your boundaries are not strong you will also fail. With the requirements of this energy our old friend, self doubt, may pop up its head again, allowing the fear of failure to overwhelm you. Self doubt issues are related to our solar plexus chakra…to strengthen and harmonize the energies of this complex chakra you need the vibration of yellow - so wear yellow – and have the colour around you in flowers, crystals, towels, cushions and so on. Over the next couple of years we will make big strides forward in overcoming our debilitating self-doubt. Ascended Master Djwal Khul can help you to remove fear that you have brought with you into this life; so call in him to help you with fear and self doubt. A Master cannot refuse anyone once called upon by name. Djwal Khul is very close to our conscious minds at the moment, to me he seems to be everywhere.

Working with Djwal Khul helps you to take responsibility for your life; he will show you where your energy is blocked, particularly in the areas of your wisdom, your knowledge and power, your personal power. Blocks often express themselves in our body, as exhaustion, apathy, depression, or being frantic or confused. It is time for action! Real action rather than pointless movement. It is time to exercise your freedom. The freedom to act. What a gift! a spiritual gift. (Freedom does not mean leaving all your responsibilities and having a good time (although having a good time is necessary for balance).

What does all this mean? Do you feel or have you felt like a machine being pushed from one event to the next with no understanding of what causes you or any of us to do the things we do? We have all at times felt like this, but this is not living life, this is not the active principle, this is not freedom.

Real action always brings meaning and value to your life; and to yourself. Do you confuse 'doing things' with action? humans are good at that. Real action requires faith in yourself, honesty and a certain level of consciousness - being conscious of what motives you.

It is time to put your conscious mind into every action you take, it needs to be mindful action - then expect miracles!

We are at a crossroads; whenever we are at a crossroads on our journey, it is time to follow your heart, do what gives you the most energy. What are you passionate about right now ? – your inner enthusiasm and level of excitement will tell you which is the right path for you in the moment.

They say that our journey never ends – this is often too overwhelming to contemplate! As a human soul on a journey, we do need to have a sense of completion, of achievement, of somehow getting there…sometimes the journey seems like a great blessing, sometimes it seems like a monotonous mindless bore. Be patient. You are going somewhere. It does not always weave the route you would like it too (even though you have on some level agreed to it this way), but perhaps this is a short-cut or a more scenic route.

All journey start with courage and are maintained by trust. A trusting heart is all you need now to go through this crossroads, this transition. Practise trusting and see what happens.

This is a special time - let us all remember our humanity. What it is to be human, to be alive, to be here now, and how difficult that is at times. We have all had good times, when we are full and happy and not such good times when we are desolate, cross, lost, confused or just plain cranky. Easter is about being human; being in a physical body in a physical world and all the delight and suffering that that brings. Our beloved Jesus, I am sure knew a lot about both of those things - He, like you, dared to be human. It takes courage and willingness to take this human journey, and you are doing it! no matter how bad sometimes.

Easter is multilayered in its symbolic and actual meaning and relevance to our lives today.

This Easter do one humanitarian act, one kindly, selfless act towards another and you will be celebrating Easter, and this will lead you to a new fresh beginning - a resurrection of thought, attitude, heart and soul.

You are human - celebrate this!

At the moment, there is a lot of 'action' going on just below the surface of our consciousness, we are 'feeling' it but we can't quite bring it into our conscious minds. This is frustrating, because it feels like something is going on, but we don't know what it is, or whether we are 'making it up' or we are just plain tired. (I would be very surprised if anyone wasn't tired, with all the strong spiritual energies around at the moment!)

At times, you may also notice, that somehow you feel that you are not quite here, not fully present 'in your body.' This energy at present is annoying if you have to be dynamic (say, in your job) because it wants us to stop, and start flowing and being. It is not a doing time (tell that to the boss!!) The only time we are truly dynamic and powerful is when we are strongly in our body, when we feel strongly connected to the physical body and physical world.

It is like we are being prepared for something that is going to happen, yet its not quite here yet.

It is a preparation for something new, so stay with it, let yourself 'be' if possible, and trust the process - knowing you are in a process and it has an end also helps to stop yourself feeling like you are going crazy!

Saying "this too shall pass" helps...

From a spiritual point of view, the year of 2007 really starts now, that is from March 21st, so this is a new year now, when the new energies for this year really start to noticeably 'kick in.' It has continued to be an intense time, with a lot of our old lessons (including karmic lessons from past lives) seemingly coming from nowhere for us to face and deal with. And it has been an 'in your face' time, which means no matter how we try to distract ourselves or deny the reality it doesnt go away. The more we try to ignore it the bigger it gets!

It is important that we deal with these lessons as we do not want to be burdened by them, and we do not want to drag them into the new.

Many of you are surprised that you are having to deal with this particular lesson yet again - you thought you'd learnt that one! It is my observation and my experience that the lessons to be truly learnt so that they become part of your soul wisdom (that is, lasts forever) have to be learnt at three different levels. So you may feel that you have learnt the lesson, only to be facing a similar situation again a year or so later. The particular lesson has to be learnt on the physical level, the etheric level and the astral level, then it can be truly integrated into your soul. As a human being we all have a physical body, etheric body and astral body, this is why the same lesson has to be learnt and processed through each of our bodies - so it seems we are going through it over and over again, which we are.

This is why patience is a virtue!

In this 'new year' energy things will start to move forward now, both in the world and in your life, and in fact could start to speed up quiet dramatically!

Remember to keep grounded, enjoy Nature, be outdoors and laugh as much as possible.

Your decisions are importance.

As I have mentioned in one of my books, there are limits set on the extent to which divine intervention in human affairs is allowed. Any spirit being, be it ascended master, angel, guide, God, cannot influence the decisions of human beings, they can guide, inspire, assist, but our decisions are our own. They are not allowed to do it for us…they can give us the opportunities…but we would remain crippled if they did it for us. Often, the more evolved you are the less help you get! Because you can work it out yourself.

The Divine does not control us, we decide how and where we put our discernment and whether to act on what we discern. In this sense, our free will is the most important instrument of our own divinity, or soul. When a decision is made by us that is really our own, it represents an actual step in our development.

It is interesting to note that the negative forces do not work like this. Direct intervention and manipulation happen all the time – and it is possible to yield one’s free will and conscience entirely… The ‘dark’ forces do not honour your free will.

So if you who want to hold more Light within you be cautious about your decisions, respect them, and use your will wisely. We who seek to heal and love the world need to use our inner strength to make up our minds and contribute positively and creatively to the world. This takes time because our free will is respected by those beings who observe and guide us, they wait for us to get there - whereas the dark can move much quicker, for it does not respect our decision making process, and just ‘takes over’ if we allow it.

Be aware of the negative in and around you at present. Don’t focus on them (this gives them energy) but be aware, and don’t give in to negativity.

There is much forgiveness needed in the world at this time. The Law of Forgiveness is above the Law of Karma, so in truly forgiving someone we are released from our karmic lesson associated with that person and that issue.

Though, as we know, forgiveness is not an easy thing to grant, and we seem to have to experience three levels or layers of forgiving before it is truly complete and the energy of the karmic situation changes.

Forgiveness is a powerful energy key that unlocks the heart to the experience of love.

The greatest and often most difficult type of forgiveness is of one's self.

Forgive yourself; do not carry into the next stage of evolution, into the new, even into tomorrow anything that burdens your soul. Let the guilt go, and forgive yourself. God forgives you always.

Forgive others. Forgive yourself.

Go in peace.

Okay, we all know that there is only Now, that there is only this moment, and that this very moment will never be again. How does that make you feel? Scared that you are wasting time, wasting the moment, that you should make the most of it? This is often the response, but also remember that the Now never stops...you have plenty of time, plenty of energy, plenty of everything to do and be what you came here to do and be.

Anxiety and worry are always about the past (what has happened) or about the future (what may happen), unless some terrible drama is going on right now (like the house is on fire) then most of us have very little to be genuinely anxious about.

Practise even for a few minutes each day being only in the moment, here now.

In the moment is where the spirit is, where we can make things happen, where we are spontaneous, where we are truly creative, where joy is.

If you do not live somewhat in the Now, you will feel cheated, like life has gone, or past you by...and indeed it has, as you have not been present to it. The present means to be 'in the Presence' that is, in the presence of the Holy Ones, the Divine.

Be in the moment and find your joy, find the Holy Ones.

The best way to deal with the scattered emotions of this present time, and the feelings of things not moving forward or being unresolved is to go into Nature...even for a short time, and let go of the burdened feeling.

The natural world (our Earth) is very healing for all our souls at this time of rapid change.

It also helps to bless the Earth by sitting on it and pouring your loving energy into it, and thanking Mother Earth for all the gifts she constantly gives us.

One of the most important things to help us survive the next couple of years is to maintain balance in our lives. Balance has always been important, but with the present strong (and sometimes erractic!) spiritual and cosmic energies influencing everything on the planet and earth itself, balance becomes essential.

I am reminding you of this because, of course, at this time in evolution being in a balanced state, and enjoying a well balanced life is more difficult.

Is your 'work' life balanced with your rest/relaxation life? In other words is your 'doing' balanced with your 'being?' Don't trade one off against the other - are you doing now so you can relax and enjoy later? Don't deceive yourself and allow the doing to go on, and on, and on...too tired or resentful to enjoy life or relax. Of course, you may be more challenged in the opposite way.

Balance is a lifelong journey...it takes conscious effort and intention to make it happen, but the rewards are great, a more creative, productive, happy, relaxed you!

My feeling is that you need to relax more in whatever you are doing or being, and that you need more rest. And you need to do this without guilt!!

Breath is life! You wouldnt get far in life without it! Interestingly it is one thing that we have some control over in our physical bodies.

Breathing is the most important 'tool' to use. It is an energy key that unlocks life. We all know how our breath changes when our mind or consciousness changes: rapid, shallow breathing when we're afraid or nervous. Long deep breaths when we're asleep or very relaxed. Periods of 'no breath' when we're in deep meditation. Breathing is intimately connected to consciousness.

If you breathe into an area of your body, your energy and consciousness goes there also...this area then can be enlivened, or refreshed, or even healed by the extra energy focussed on that area. Try it with breathing into one of your main chakras, its helps to balance them, and 'wake them up' more.

As we move into the Aquarian Age energy there will greater emphasis on the breath, and the benefits of correct breathing, and being more aware of your breath will bring great benefits to you, greater than you can imagine.

Do some long, slow deep breathing each day, even a few minutes a day will be of benefit, so that you develop some awareness of your breath.

What are you doing for yourself? just for you, not to please someone else, not to impress others, but just for your pure enjoyment...this creates happiness because one's ego is not involved.

It goes without saying that this is a very intense time for all of us. This intense energy effects each person differently - it will highlight the area of your life that needs most attention, that is 'weak' in you, so that it can be firmed up, so your challenges will be in that area - so what is your most pressing challenge at the moment?

If you were able to see the whole journey of your soul from its creation to this moment and beyond you would understand how perfect is has been and how perfect it still is - even if it doesn't always feel like that!

It is essential in these times of constant change, and the arrival of these 'strange new energies' (that may make you feel not your usual self) that you do something each day that is just for you. It doesnt have to be a big event, just spending half an hour doing something that will lift your soul, lift you. Laugh more. It will help a lot.

Most 'spiritual' people have forgotten to have fun...most of us need more enjoyment. So this is your spiritual discipline - to let go and dare to have fun.

We know the clock has ticked over into the new year, 2007, but has the new year started for you? or are you still completing the old year?

To me, the energies of this new year, this new start, have not really arrived yet. They are about too...early February will see the energies manifest fully for what will be a very interesting year!

Till late April early May we are climbing a peak of intensity, which depending upon how we handle it will be very transforming, tense, challenging and liberating.

The energy around at present is about 'looking to the future' whilst 'hanging on for dear life.' I would not normally suggest looking too far forward, as the present (Presence) is all we have, and it is only in the Now that we have the tools to do anything or change anything - yet, this spiritual energy seems to be calling us into our future. I am not, at present, completely clear on what that means, but there is this year a great drive towards many people becoming 'unsealed' - this is on an energetic level. Many people, have in past lives been 'sealed'- this can be seen clairvoyantly in their aura. These intense energies, over the next few months, will break the seal and reveal the 'true' person, those of you who feel constantly held back, or powerless, or know there is more to you but somehow can't reach it or express it, will start to feel the emergence of something new in you that is trying to be born - give it life.

This all sounds a bit technical, and it is not really necessary that you know about the seal, but in understanding the bigger picture and knowing that there is purpose to what you are going through helps you to get through it, and not give up.

Wishing you a joyous New Year and fulfilling and exciting 2007!

As we complete the 'old' in 2007 we clear the way for the collective consciousness (that is, all of humanity) to awaken gently to the reality of who we are and our purpose here, together with a greater sense of our responsibilities as humans.

2007 is called the Year of Nature (or we could say the Year of the Environment), this is the year where the spiritual and corporeal forces now work on the environment, nature itself receiving the pure light of the Divine. This will renew the etheric (life) body of all living things.

So 2007 the focus will be on our physical home, that is, Mother Earth, and its nuturing and upkeep. It will be a year where we see a turnaround in how we view the Earth, and what it gives us, and we can already see the signs of this. We can no longer afford to take its gifts to us for granted...otherwise the air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we consume will no longer be there in abundance.

Mother Earth also relates to and is symbolic of our physical body, the vehicle that allows us to experience life and aids our soul's progress. As we start to value and care for our planet earth, we will naturally start to value and care for our own physical bodies. In a more reverent way, it is after all, the 'temple of your soul.'
Do you see your body as a temple? do you treat it the way you would a holy place? Of course, remembering that like all temples it is not the thing itself, but the spirit that inhabits it that we must honour and revere. But like all holy places, your body must be vibrating at a certain level to allow the spirit to dwell there. Do we not value the Earth because we do not value our own physical body or existence? The acknowledgment and deep love for the physical is as important as the spiritual levels.

The connection with Earth is primarily through the Base Chakra (red light) and the connection with the Spiritual realm is primarily through the Crown Chakra (brilliant white light) - if there is wounding in either of these areas you will feel 'lost in space.' In 2007 work on harmonizing, healing and opening in a sustained way these two chakras...then the energies of 2007 will be more easier to handle and enjoy!

It is also the time of Solstice; this year in particular sees this time as a great time of transformation - only its all going on within you, and is not necessarily easy to understand. There is a lot of spiritual energy flooding the earth at this time, including the Christmas angels. This energy is effecting our heads mainly, opening the Crown chakra, and the Brow chakra, which can make us feel confused, dizzy, forgetful, vague...not good for cooking Christmas lunch! It is a transforming energy, it will sweep through you when you least expect it - these energies are being lead by our beloved Ascended Master Serapis Bey.

Archangel Michael has been helping you let go of the 'old and no longer relevant' and now Serapis Bey is leading the way for a 'new birth' within you and the world. The twelve days of Christmas are the pinnacle of the new birth energies.

What is the meaning of Christmas in the twentyfirst century? What does it mean to you? Gifts, feasting, parties, holidays, celebration? What are we celebrating? An event that happened two thousand years ago – how is that relevant now?

We are celebrating the birth of Jesus all those years ago, and it is good to honour such a great being. From a spiritual point of view, Christmas is still very important, because there is a greater outpouring of the spiritual forces towards earth at this time every year. This gives us the opportunity to experience in our souls the renewal of the Christ force. The Christ force is also known as the I AM, so it is the rebirth and renewal of your IAMNESS, reinforcing it within us - the more conscious we are the more profound effect the Christmas energies have on us.

To help this to happen the Christmas angels, that is, the angelic forces that belong to and issue forth from the Christ consciousness, descend very low over earth and all her inhabitants. The Christmas angels feel like a beautiful ‘cloud’ that descends over us to about waist level. They come from a glorious realm which is so brilliant in its radiance we could not look upon it – it is silvery-white and feels like total bliss. It is like soaring through bliss. This is the Christ consciousness; the 12th ray.

At Christmastime these angels are coming close to us and the world renewing the energies of the world, and reminding us all that our purpose here at present is to BE LOVE, and bring PEACE to all.

As I have mentioned before, it would be good to allow some time and space in your busy schedule to connect to these beautiful spiritual beings as they hover around you, maybe just saying “Hi” to them is enough. Often we are so distracted by the swirl of parties, people, presents, feasting, family, that this added spiritual closeness of the angels seems to cause even more tension in us and everyone else – I think that acknowledging them and allowing them close into your heart helps the swirl of Christmas become easier and more joyful, rather than stressful. Try it!

Because your soul will feel this angelic presence more this Christmas you may experience more than usual a sense of ‘divine discontent.’ Because you feel them closer, you yearn for them and that state of bliss even more – and the achievements and joys of the outside world no longer fulfil you.

For this reason we can feel very tense, stretched, emotional, weepy, weird, as the outpouring of the angelic energies hits your crown chakra, at this time, and until early January, when the Christmas angels will again lift away from the earth.

There is joy – ask the Christmas angels to help you experience it, in abundance this Christmas! Enjoy!

There is a 'holy silence' and an 'unholy' silence.

Unholy silence is when the silence is tense, and full of unspoken words, angst; it feels unresolved. Looking at it clairvoyantly, it looks like layers upon layers of unresolved 'stuff' in the atmosphere - we often say that 'we could cut the atmosphere with a knife...' It is not easy to relax, flow or be yourself when this is around.

On the other hand, holy silence, is when the silence, or the atmosphere, is filled with the divine, it is not an unnerving silence, but a 'light-filled' silence that is nuturing to the soul. It is delicious! When looking at this clairvoyantly it is not layered but all one, flowing, gently moving luminous atmosphere. This silence, this atmosphere, naturally invites and magnetizes to it all the divine aspects, including the Christmas angels.

As Christmas and the holiday season approaches there always seems too much to do, too much to remember, too much to complete before we can relax and find some holy silence. We think if we get all this done, then we can relax. But of course, there is always something else to 'do' so we often don't get to the point of silence within ourselves, and then we miss what Christmas is truly about.

This lead up to Christmas (and in the holidays) try to do it differently, first create a ten minute space in each day (preferably at the beginning of the day), if possible sit outside in the fresh air and daylight, and breathe deeply and ask to be taken to a place within yourself of 'holy silence.' Then begin your day. And take the angels with you.

Practice holy silence.

This period leading up to Christmas is what is traditionally known as Advent (six weeks before the 25 December) and it is a time of preparation for an “important event.” Even if you are not ‘Christian’ the spiritual forces play on us and influence us anyway, some understanding of this helps to work with the forces and not against them, so to speak.

Over the next few weeks I will give some helpful hints (hopefully!) on how to prepare, and participate in the energies and enjoy Christmas, and the Christmas angels.

A good way to start is to go on what I call a ‘Mental Diet’ which is as it suggests – a diet for the mind, disciplining one’s mind, so that it is focussed on the lofty, the positive, the higher, and that any negative, or fearful, or doubting thoughts that may come up in you are allowed by you to just drift passed you, rather than you holding on to them, and ‘thinking them’ – this is quite difficult to do, but is very transforming. See if you can do it for a week, you will cleanse and transform your mind and bring it to a higher vibration (which will allow easier connection with the Christmas angels).

The mental diet also helps to clear and open in a sustained way the Third Eye (Brow) chakra.

Today, I want to remind you that you are a conductor of energy, and because of this you are very important in the larger scheme of things.

So what sort of energy are you conducting, and what impact does it have, on you, on others, on the world? You have something special, more than many, and that is AWARENESS...so it is vital that you realize the process that is going on and that you use your awareness and your energy in a directed and positive way.

Please connect your energy with the earth energy by feeling your feet on the earth and sending your energy down deep into the earth and on the next IN-breath draw up the earth's energy into yourself(this is very grounding, energizing and healing). Next, connect from your head (Crown chakra) to the sun's rays in the same way; then connect with the stars, and feel the energies moving through your own being - you are now truly participating in the cosmos in an active way. Be a part of the cosmic flow that is always there.

Ascended Master Sanat Kumara hold the Plan of Evolution in his heart for humanity - you are part of this plan, realize this and you have already helped this great being.

Use your energy wisely. It is a great gift.

It would be good for all of us to be reciting the above mantra everyday (mantras are the words of the 'divine' - affirmations are the words of mankind), these words relate to our world at large (earth), our more personal world of life, relationships, our work world, our home world, and also our inner world.

Experiment - say "I Live in a Loving World" to yourself when potentially difficult situations arise in front of you, or if you are feeling down, or feeling like you dont live in a loving world.

In our continuing quest for balance at the moment we have on the one hand a sense of exquisiteness, of loveliness, sweetness, and on the other we have a sense of deep chaos, somehow everything being wobbly, or breaking down around us. Makes it a very creative time! Your energy fields are trying to realign themselves, and the best way to help this is to be creative – if you feel drained by this process of transformation, bring yourself firmly into your centre, your spiritual and creative core, from here you can more easily redirect the energy in your vibrational field.

During these days, we are experiencing lots of intensity, plunging the depths, as if deep within you there is some magic stirring, some old memory coming forth, of an alchemical process that can wait no longer bringing with it intense desires.

We know the world is out of balance, don’t add to this by being out of balance yourself, try to balance your life more. There is despairing in the wind – do not give in to it, feel it, but let it instantly blow past you. It is time to be strong, to have endurance. There is a lot of psychic pressure – there is chaos in the larger fields of the collective mind, the unseen energies, this can make you sick…it is too much except for those with very strong minds – do not give in to it.

What’s missing? What have we forgotten? Simplicity – voluntary simplicity. To bring balance to ourselves and too our world, we have to remember simplicity; its all too complicated, too much to do, too much to be, too much to feel – so ask yourself how can I bring more simplicity into my life? Then do it! Simply.

From a spiritual point of view, we are up against almost 6000 years of warring codes imprinted on our psyche. Most of which need dissolving…It is the feminine that will do most of the work dissolving these outdated codes. As this is all our world karma, both for men and women incarnated at this time, when I talk about the feminine, I am talking about the feminine energy and aspects in men as well as women.

Obviously, the strong, almost overbearing male energies that ‘ruled’ and have structured our world are now destroying our world. They had a time and place, and now, as I have said before, we desperately need to balance the male and female polarities within ourselves and within the world.

The power of the feminine, of Woman, lies in her ability to have tremendous inner strength and at the same time an amazing serenity, a stillness that emanates from her. A softness that you can dissolve yourself into without fear of judgement or rejection.

We think we value the feminine – we do not. We value the feminine qualities much much more than we did a hundred years ago, but we all, whether male or female, need to more fully embrace the feminine within us.

We still need the warrior, we still need the hero, we still need the protector, but this world desperately needs balance.

Be softer. Be tender.

Today is the Equinox, and the second eclipse (solar eclipse today) in the month of September. That is a lot of energy, which may or may not cause chaos in your world!

It is time to start new projects, its the time of new understandings, letting go, and making room for the new to come in.

From the outpouring of the spiritual energies at this time (and for some time to come) there are three very important words that we need to ponder on, embrace and execute. These are:


Awareness
Acceptance
Tenderness

These are all 'feminine' words and aspects. They are in a particular order, as one leads on to the next.

Awareness is the biggest thing you need now. Acceptance of who you really are, and who others are, and tenderness towards self and all others. Tenderness is a divine quality.

Because we are all feeling the effects of the previous eclipse and the one about to happen (as mentioned last week) we may be feelingl like we are being stretched or we may feel overwhelmed. Grounding your energy into the earth will help.

We spend a great deal of our time with and around other people (hopefully!) constantly being surrounded with the energies others are sending out. This is a normal thing of course, but when it is a ‘highly charged’ time (as now) then often people around us who may not be so aware feel unbalanced or overcharged with this extra spiritual and cosmic energy, which means they may seek stimulating conditions, such as arguments, to aid the release of their excess energies. Being judgemental, condemning and gossiping is also another form of energy release which people use to try to bring balance to their energies, so they feel better – this is of course, an inappropriate way of releasing or unblocking energies. So when dealing with other people’s way of releasing, be aware of what’s going on, don’t judge them but do not get caught up in their way of energy releasing – arguments, gossiping etc. can be very seductive, without knowing it we can be drawn into it.

Remain peaceful.

Okay, this is a chaotic and confusing time, as we know.

September is an ‘eclipse’ month, partial eclipse of the Moon this morning, and a solar eclipse at the Spring Equinox (Australia) New Moon on 22 September (22nd of any month is always a Master day – being a Master number).

The energy of eclipses is always different, bringing the opportunity for change. From what I can ‘see’ it is a time when a portal opens in the energies, and the spiritual forces can and do pour forth in ever greater abundance towards us – this can, of course, cause chaos!

The other things you may be feeling around these particular eclipses is a bit disorientated, confused, not in control, irritable, and a bit like you are not fully in your body. This happens more so to the sensitive ones amongst us, it is the extra outpouring of the spiritual energies that are making us feel that way…you may also feel unusually hot. After a few days these feelings should pass.

We feel this disorientation because we are not used to that much energy playing on our own energy bodies, and we are trying to adjust to receiving them. Many people do not feel these energies as they are not ready to receive them, so the spiritual energy bounces of their aura, so to speak.

Your intuition is your best friend…listen to it and act from it! Your intuition will lead you to your bliss. It is the quiet small voice (from the soul) or knowing within you, not the loud noisy voices of the head, which is usually ego.

Intuition leads you to the Gate of Light, and if you trust it enough, it will lead you through the Gate.

It is more important now than ever that we trust ourselves, trust our own experience, and rely on our intuition – because in the end this is the only certainty we have – our Self.

As you would all know we are going through a time of profound change, with the opportunity for rapid acceleration of our progress as individuals and also as a global community.

I am to remind you of who you are. In my terms, you are a spiritual pioneer, a person who dares to think differently, who dares to hold a level of consciousness not understood by everyone (yet).

What does this mean? When you incarnated this time, and many previous times, within your soul you had a knowing, a dream, a vision of how humanity can be, how life could be – and its still there, maybe at the far reaches of your mind, but its there.

As the spiritual energies speed up and the world responds by falling into seeming more chaos, it is more essential than ever that we hold consciously within ourselves a vision for positive transformation for humanity. This is what I call holding the Light for humanity - this is your purpose.

We are all being tested at the moment – the test is that, in the face of great odds, and often much negativity, that we stay grounded, centred, not giving in to negativity by holding fast to that spiritual light that lives within you. You are allowed 33 minutes per day of negativity, then that’s it!

This seems to be simple advice, why is it so hard to achieve? Well, we all know the answer to that - we all have a long list of what has to be done before we can relax…and then there’s the money situation…and the kids…and the relationship or lack of…and then there’s the world in crisis, and god knows what the Moon’s doing…..

“I’ll relax when I’ve done that, or achieved this, or got rid of that debt, or ………….”

Sound familiar?

Relaxing probably means different things to different people, what does it mean for you? for most people it would probably mean doing nothing and having no worries. Generally speaking, in an evolving soul participating in an evolving world this is not going to happen, it is rare to have ‘no worries’ (good Aussie term) or have nothing to do, even on holiday. So how are we to replenish, relax, nuture ourselves in this frantic world, even the spiritual energies are intense and high at this time.
Answer: FLOW, and learn to be relaxed in whatever you are doing moment by moment. Okay, its not easy! But practise flowing and relaxing whilst doing your tasks for at least 5 minutes each day, and see what happens. Because there is always the next challenge, the next bill, the next thing…always.

Learning to flow with what is, and what comes, is a wonderful spiritual lesson. Flowing is not denial, or laziness, or not being dynamic; in learning to relax and flow you will become very dynamic.

In preparing the online course on Archangel Michael I have very much been in his energy over the past few weeks – quite an experience! I have been in strong communication with this our beloved friend. Tuesday and Wednesday this week (Australian time) a heaviness descended (do you feel it? Yesterday, Thursday, the heaviness lifted, and I ‘saw’ that Archangel Michael had dissolved the dark energy…then the news broke that the alleged terrorism threat to the planes leaving Heathrow for the U.S. had been disrupted...then I knew what it had all been about.

Archangel Michael wants me to relay this message to those who have ears to hear, and eyes to see..

“Don’t look back now, the past is behind you, and
The future is clear –
Not from where you are perhaps
But certainly from where I AM.

“This is it, the fulfilment of the promise; the time;

When there is crisis in our world, whether globally or personally, then within us much past life wounding often comes up. This is often very subtle, for instance, even if we are in no way directly involved or connected to the Middle Eastern crisis, we are on the deepest levels of our soul reminded of the collective wounding of the past 5,000 years of conflict. Most of you would have lived at sometime over the past 5,000 years in previous lives, and the energy and feelings of those lives are held within your soul memory, which also connects and influences the way your chakras function now. So the events in our world can trigger in our soul that which needs healing from ancient times, this is good as it brings it closer into your consciousness for releasing, although it may be very uncomfortable going through the process.

It is right and good to feel compassion for what is happening in the Middle East, this is normal; but if you also feel overwhelmed, powerless, reactive, or you feel like running away or huddling into the doona or the fetal position, then this may indicate your deeper connection to what’s going on in the world at present, which I call ‘world karma.’ All those souls that are incarnated at this time in evolution (that is, you..) have some part in the learning and harmonizing of this particular world karma – the karmic lesson is simple: world peace. You may think that this has nothing to do with you – but how peaceful is your life? How much inner peace do you experience? Really, how much true peace do you experience each day? Today, for instance?

Remember, there is always a choice of where you put your awareness, or consciousness. There is always a level of chaos and disharmony, a constant battleground, and there is always a level above it which is harmonious and more joyful – consciousness gives us the choice of where you dwell and how you handle any situation.

The more we wake up to the reality of our true origins, and our true future we become participants in the higher levels of life, that is, much more joy, more power, less suffering…learn to be a conscious participant.

We are under duress at the moment, the cleansing opportunity for all humankind begins. This is very difficult to understand, why it has to be this way, why the world has to be in such turmoil, why people have to suffer, why souls have to give up their lives.

Try not to give in to fear, there is a Plan of Evolution, there is a way forward. It is more important than ever when there is much violence, chaos, and confusion in the world not to add to the negative energies, but to, as I call it, hold the Light within you, to keep the vision of how humanity can be. This is not to deny what is going on, but to trust that a way will be found for the highest good of all concerned.

Most of us feel frustrated that we cannot do anything; what you can do, and what you are required to do if you are spiritually conscious is to visualize the situation in the Middle East, or indeed, the whole world, and send out your love and light towards this area (or situation) saying, “let this Light be used for the highest good of all concerned.” Then let it go, without judgement. This is a form of prayer.

May you remember the Light that you hold for the world.

I have been asked by some of you what was meant by the comment I made on the 9th June in the Home Page BLOG: “Within the next ten days something important, BIG, will happen in our world that will impact upon us all in some way.”

As some of you know I am not a ‘doom prophet’ neither do I read the future, for when you are consciously connected to spirit you know that you are safe from ‘doom’ and that the future proceeds from the moment, so concentrate on the having the best moment you can have!

Having said that, I can and do give general direction for the future, especially when I am urged by the Masters to do so, as I was on the 9th June. From my understanding, something would happen that was very good and very unusual for humanity that would benefit all souls in some way. This, I believe, has been ‘pioneered’ by Bill Gates (Microsoft) very generous contribution of not only his money but also his energy and focus into alleviating the suffering of humanity. Followed by Warren Buffett’s (investor) equally generous contribution of many billions. This is just the beginning of the humanitarian surge…

Obviously, many suffering people will be helped now and in the future from this; but how does this impact us all? It helps to bring balance to the world, a balance of power, of resources, and ultimately of love. It will also have some impact on the financial situation in the world – I am not a financial whiz but surely you cannot take vast sums of money from one place and put it in other places without some ramifications.

From my spiritual perspective, this kind of philanthropic gesture, on such a large scale changes the collective ‘soul’ of mankind. It brings much needed balance to the over-emphasis on materialism and the downward spiral of greed. It helps to bring more balance, harmony and Light to each of our souls. As we are all part of the one body of humanity, good gestures benefits all souls, equally any wounding gesture hurts us all.

So we can say a big thank you to Bill Gates and Warren Buffett and all those in the past and the future who have and will contribute to the force of humanitarianism. Whether this is a smile for your neighbour or vast millions it is all important.

The future looks good!

Okay, where are we all racing too? There is a hurry on for us to ‘wake-up’ and on some level we are all feeling like we are being pushed from within to ‘get it’, do it…whatever it is.

The buzz word seems to be awareness at the moment. Power also. Powerful awareness. Awareness of power. We certainly need these in our world today. But what is awareness, how do we learn it?

For the next few days, take it easy, relax, love more, laugh more, be still, enjoy the simple things – look at the beauty Mother Earth comes up with every day – get more of that into your soul. That’s a good way to become aware…

Okay, who feels like they are on top of everything?! well, I am giving you permission to stop trying! Over the next few weeks do whatever it takes (within legal limits!) to get through this time. Its okay to get it wrong - we are all still learning!

Because we have one foot in the old and one foot in the new we feel torn, scattered, ripped apart, confused, we are as it were holding the light in two very different dimensions at once.

Apart from feeling the above we also notice that the old ways of dealing with 'stuff' no longer works, this creates a sense of being dysfunctional, empty, lost. It takes great spiritual maturity to stand both in the old and new energies and do it well - no matter how badly you may think you are doing it it is enough that you are keeping your molecules together!

Just do that!

Continuing with the ‘I Am Light’ theme…this is a simple thing to affirm, especially in times of chaos, confusion, crisis or even mundaneness. In reminding yourself of this truth, you take yourself back to your centre, to your essence very quickly and very effectively.

‘I Am Light’ is a mantra that not only takes you to your core, from which you are then strong, courageous, stable, still and directed, but also connects you directly with the Universal Divine Light that surrounds you at all times. ‘I Am Light’ is a key to help you tap into the eternal bliss that is available to us at all times.

It sounds simple, and it is, so try it and see how it works for you.

At the moment you may feel very pressured, as if you are being pulled in all four directions at once, and at the same time you may also feel like you are spinning uncontrollably like you are in the spin cycle of the washing machine. Sound familiar?

This is partly due to the Moon becoming 'full' over this weekend. The influence of the Full Moon and the New Moon can be felt by all of us at least two days before and two days after these events. When the Moon is full, we have the outpouring of the fullness of the Moon's energies, this includes spiritual energies.

So the spiritual energies are 'peaking' at the moment causing us to feel pressured and pulled. Why is this and how do we deal with it? Actually, this energy will continue for some time after the Full Moon, it is, as it were, being ushered in by the Full Moon but will stay for many months. This is why it is important to understand how to handle this energy and what this spiritual energy is trying to achieve.

EXPANSION is the answer.
We have the feeling of being pulled and pushed because we are being asked to expand ourselves. To expand our consciousness, open our minds, let go of our limited thinking, and break into a much higher level, a higher vibration of understanding. We feel pressured when we dont or wont or cant let this happen.

If this is happening to you, or when this happens, a simple thing that will help is to stand still, breathe deeply and say "I AM LIGHT."

Within the next ten days something important, BIG, will happen in our world that will impact upon us all in some way.

From a spiritual perspective birthdays are very important days. Your birth day is a powerful day for you, as a soul you have chosen that day and time for the particular vibration that this day offers you.

Your natal day is a celebration of this incarnation, and also a reminder of why you incarnated. On a soul level each birthday we recommit to our birth contract. Your birth contract is that which you agreed to 'have a go at' this lifetime - its a blueprint, an agreement between the higher spiritual forces and your soul. The birth contract is not set in stone, it is not 'fate,' because we have free will, its what you would like to achieve and experience.

So always celebrate your birth-day, it is the day you received the gift of life.

You are on a journey, no matter who you are, what you do, where you are. It is always a sacred journey. There is no moment, no aspect of your existence that is not important on your journey. Life is a journey.

There are many qualities inherent in any journey, from courage to humour, to love, integrity, commitment, strength, determination. Each journey is very individual, yet as we know, there are basic overall similarities and experiences that we all recognize.

At this particular moment on your journey, the quality most required is TRUST. Try not to trust – don’t try trusting, just do it, trust! As I have said before, on the journey to the ‘centre of our being’ we need this one quality above all others – trust. From trust come all the other qualities needed to make the journey fulfilling and joyous. This week TRUST.

The spiritual energies around us at the moment feel very fiery, creating at times turbulence within us, and chaos in our environment - enough to knock you off-centre!

What is the aim of such a fiery force - to disrupt, cleanse, change, transform, destroy? I liken it to a bushfire or a volcanic eruption, both of which create "new land" in a very quick forceful and disruptive way (disruptive for us, that is!). Is this what we are required to do at the moment? create 'new land,' metaphorically speaking, from within.

What 'new land' are you creating?

The spiritual forces of Divine Light are always loving, you are not being punished. The inner wounding and the wounds of the world may be tearing open at the moment, but remember, in essence you are not your wounds, you are you.

It is sad to see how much self doubt there is in people. How it holds people back.

I can see the self doubt – it’s like a dim cloud layered over the soul. Unfortunately, self doubt seems to exist in plague proportions. Self doubt creates a negative energy that works like a toxin in our body, and from a spiritual perspective, can make our life force weak, our energy low and life on earth can feel very dreary, or burdensome.

This dim cloud emanates from the solar plexus area, the solar plexus chakra. It is very simple really - the more you doubt yourself, the less empowered you feel; the more genuine self worth you have, the more empowered you are.
I wish I could give you your soul…that you could see it - so precious all of you!

I belive in experimenting - try something different, do something different, if that doesn’t work, try something else – so experiment, fake it to make it, let your self doubt go for a week…see what happens!

What a time we are in! so much is happening...I have said this before but we are at such a huge turning point that its worth saying again!

If you look at the Spiritual Energies graph, which is located at the end of the information written on Current Energies 2006, you will see that the present time, that is, February-March 2006 there is a sharp turning of the spiritual energy as it starts to suddenly climb again, culminating late April 2007. This graph depicts the ebb and flow of the spiritual energies effecting us; as the line goes up the spiritual energies are building which creates the opportunity for great change in our world and within us. When the wave builds we experience it as an intense time, almost crazy! Its as if the energies have all shifted up a gear, and we are all trying to hold on, keep up and adjust.

At the moment the intensity is supreme! as we 'crank up' another notch in our evolution. It feels to me like the whole flow of the cosmos is changing...it also reminds me of giving birth to my daughter, there was a nano-second in the whole process where I felt incredibly trapped, knowing there was no way out, no escape route - no way out of the next searing moment of pain to make this baby happen. The feeling then, as now, is an overwhelming and inevitable feeling of "this has to happen" there is no other way.

This is a theme for this year - this drive forward until there is a breakthrough, breakout, whatever - but the intensity and the chaos will not continue at the same strength; towards the end of May the energy will ease off and we will have more a sense of peace and time to integrate the changes we are making.

Although we are going through tremendous change, inner movement, daring, relationship and money challenges, there is also a growing excitement, and great hope for a better future. May you experience this soon!

How are you?...lots of things going on over past month or so? Its still an intense time, with lots of movement, lots happening, some confusion, then some clarity, then more confusion. There seems to be crazy, big changes. Changes either within you as a person, or/and within your life.

These changes have resulted from challenges we have given ourselves over the past three to four months. During this time we have faced some fears, which have propelled us into making changes – true??

There has been a lot of confusion over the past few months about what to do, even if you knew the path, you still had the ‘is it this way, or that,’ going on. The confusion has probably been centred around LOSS, or the balance of loss and gain. It may not have looked like loss, but if you look at your issues over last few months particularly the ones that caused most confusion, it will be an issue about loss. It could be the loss of an old way of living (giving up the old for something better, is still loss and we still have to process it as such), or it could be loss in the form of letting go of ideas and concepts that once worked for you; or it could be the loss of another person, a pet, or financial situation (not wanting to repeat the old financial losses made years ago, so we are trying to do it differently and balance it) also sometimes spiritual loss (feeling disconnected).

This sense of confusion is dissipating, as clarity now comes. If we try to go through the process of loss, or letting go, and we avoid feeling it then confusion always comes. In fact, confusion comes when we are avoiding feeling any feeling.

'FEEL IT TO HEAL IT!!!'

I like the internet, it is such an Aquarian tool! Don’t you think it amazing that I can speak to you from Australia, and theoretically I could be speaking to anyone, in any and all countries of the world, and in an instant! When in the past have we been able to do that?!

This obviously has an upside and a downside – we all have to be discerning about what we read, and what we believe and take on board. One of our major lessons at present is to listen to ourselves; use your intuition, ask yourself ‘does it make sense to me?’ You can listen to others and learn from them, but always bring it back to yourself…asking yourself is this true for me? Don’t listen to me either …listen to your own inner knowing – because you do know. Trust you.

Discernment is one of the nine spiritual gifts, and in practising discernment the gift is given!

Well, we are finally well into the new year, 2006, the Year of Joy, as I call it. Although it has been the holiday season, it has not seemed so for many of us! there is much happening on our inner levels, realizations and learning around our favourite topics - love and money! This will soon become easier, especially if you have flowed with these two forces on your own inner levels. Doing the inner work now will bear much fruit in the second half of the year.

From very early February a new wave of spiritual energy (divine light)began to build, increasing the intensity and depth of feeling within us and around us. This wave builds all year, but we feel it most at the beginning of its exceleration (ie NOW). This is because the wave of spiritual energy is at its strongest both at its beginning and again at the peak of the wave(this particular wave peaks late April 2007), just before it starts dissolving.

Each wave of spiritual energy 'hitting' us is slightly different to the previous (as no two ocean waves are made up of exactly the same water drops), this wave of energy at the moment is teaching us and perhaps reminding us of the true nature of beauty. Meditate on beauty, ponder real beauty, think on beauty, surround yourself as much as possible with beauty. Beauty is a divine aspect.
This will help you not only succesfully 'ride' the wave, but become part of it.

Happy New Solar Year! 2006 a new year, a new canvas - what will you create upon this great canvas of opportunity? This is the time to 'clock in' your new re-solutions, and because we have a New Moon energy at the same time this year, there is great potential for success in any New Year resolutions.

2006 is the Year of Joy; also the Year of Power; the Year of Manifesting - of course, these are opportunities - how we respond to these opportunities, these forces, is up to us.

During the Christmas season, the Christmas angels descend very low over earth and all her inhabitants. Often we are so distracted by the swirl of parties, people, presents, feasting, family, that this added spiritual closeness of the angels seems to cause even more tension in us and everyone else – I think that acknowledging them and allowing them close helps the swirl of Christmas become easier and more joyful, rather than stressful. Try it!

If Christmas time is a lonely, sad time for you, or you are experiencing ‘divine discontent’ then again calling the angels to come very close to you, can and will help alleviate the emptiness.

Another good thing to try before January 6, is to have what I call a SOUL DAY, this is like a Christmas present to your soul! A Soul Day is where you set aside a whole day just for you and whatever your soul wants to do, to be, to wear, be with, create – it is totally your day – no shoulds, no have too, no duty, no work, no cooking (unless your soul enjoys this! Mine doesn’t!) The day can be spent with others (they must know that it’s your Soul Day, and totally support you in this) or it can be spent alone, or with animals, nature, whatever your soul wants. Just ask your soul what it truly wants, what would be nuturing, uplifting and joyful for your soul at this time. Maybe you want to be Queen for a day; maybe you want to go out with your friends and all wear purple! It is good to take turns with your friends each of you having your own special Soul Day, supporting each other in this. Of course, having a Soul Day can be done on any given day, but with the Christmas angels around it would be good to do before they ‘lift off’ again at the end of the Christmas season, which is by the 6 January each year.

Happy Solstice! Today is Summer Solstice here in Australia, and Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. Truly a powerful day. A day when the energy portals between the spiritual realms and earth are activated, creating a greater opening for the Spirit to pour into our physical world. As the veil is thinner now the ‘heavens’ are more available to us this day and for two days either side of this time.

In the ancient days this would have been the most important day in the year, the day of great celebration. We have been honouring this time for at least the past 5000 years of human history, and many of our sacred places in all traditions are focussed on the moment of the Winter and Summer Solistice, an obvious examples being Stonehenge in England, and Newgrange in Ireland.

What does this mean for us today? It is now, as it was then, a turning point, a renewal of energies, a renewal of life, which the Sun is both the giver of life and the symbolic Light of the Heavens. As this day connects you to all those you have celebrated it in the distant past, you can get a great sense of belonging…a continuum.

Celebrate it in your own way, not the ways of the past, but do whatever brings you closer to Spirit, to the Divine. Consciously be aware and allow a little time for the Divine today, open yourself to the beautiful energies of renewal, allow yourself to swirl with the portal…

Remember that God yearns for you, as you yearn for God.

As we open up to the forces of the new, the old hits us in the face, seemingly to frustrate us into staying the same.

Why does anything ‘new’ meet with resistance (a human trait?). The much maligned New Age movement is really trying to pioneer a new consciousness; it is a spiritual revolution, which will ‘awaken’ the higher mind in us all. Among many things, the New Age is emphasizing seeing beyond the physical limits; and experiencing the connectedness of all things; it promises peace; joy; and inclusivity. Why are we resisting these delicious things?

I think (I hope) that spirituality is a kind of ‘wild and exotic space’ where anything can happen, therefore it appears dangerous to the collective controlled known world which allows little space for anything unknown, exotic, erotic or from spirit.

We are all breathing the same air.

What are you resisting……………? I am resisting ‘the easiest way to doing things…”

As I have said before, you are spiritual pioneers, bearers of the seal, holders of the light within yourselves (always a divine light). You are here to help bring in the new consciousness, a new way of living, thinking, and having our being. You have within you a vision or idea of how humanity and the earth can be. The important thing I want to say today, is that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN, it will happen naturally, what you have to do is to respondto the inner knowing, your inner impulses, because you do know!

The energy portal or opening now in the etheric realm between the spiritual worlds and our world sets in place your intention. So be careful what you 'intend' for you will see it manifest over the next 6 months. In other words, watch how you use your mind, thoughts, and words. 'Intend' something beautiful and magnificent for the world and for yourself!

A beautiful spiritual being called Ascended Master Lord Kuthumi is very much around at the moment, which means he is very present to us, available to our consciousness, to our conscious mind and to our feelings. Whenever I 'see' and feel Lord Kuthumi's energy strongly I know this means one thing: PATIENCE! Patience is required. He brings patience and he teaches it (among other things), so Lord Kuthumi can help us become more patient when we need it. All you have to do is ask him!

So as we seemingly 'whirl' into the Christmas festivities remember to stretch time by being present in the moment, in the Now; rely on your intuition for this gives you more time, and be patient with yourself and others.

Also, remember, a lot of things we fuss about are not really important. Give them only the amount of your precious energy that they deserve!

Firstly, I would like to say thank you for all the support we have had, and for the great feedback on our work! It's very good to know you are out there!

I am very conscious that, at the moment, there is much going on in the inner realms, your own personal inner realm, and the realms of what we might call the 'collective unconscious' and also the spiritual realms. For at least the past 10 years there has been 'a lot going on' but right at this moment it does seem even more strong. Normally, I can focus in on one major spiritual force or energy that is active or relevant at a time, but at the moment, there are layers upon layers of activity and movement within these inner realms. That doesn't make it easy for us humans! and the more sensitive and aware you are the more confusing it can be.

It is not the time to take action, clarity will come if you can allow the 'inner you' some space, some movement within. The time for action in the outer world, is in about two weeks from now. Do the action within, so to speak; focus on the inner and on clearing your mind, especially in relationship to your approach to work, and manifesting your deepest longing.

Remember, "this too shall pass."

I have decided to create this space on our website where I can 'talk' to you - with the recent surge in 'blogging' on the net there is obviously a need for this! And it's a good idea.

I would like to use this space to "keep it relevant" whatever 'it' maybe; and to bring spiritual truth into everyday life by expressing how I see what's happening in the world and how it may effect us personally. So, at times I will talk about the spiritual energies raining down upon us and how this may make us feel and how to help ourselves, and at other times, I will talk about whatever seems important, or outrageous, or profound, or useful or just plain fun!
