YEAR OF TRANSFORMATIONAL FOCUS

2010 will be a year to remember…a soul changing year!

2009 was a demarcation year where in some way we all drew a line in the sand and made some irrevocable commitment.

2009 also saw the conclusion of a decade, making it an ‘ending’ or completion year. We could call the past decade the ‘Decade of Fear’ ushered in by the 9/11 event – it was a decade to face our fears on so many levels…how do you go?

2010 is a pivotal year, a turning point. It is an unique year unlike any other…

In many ways, the whole next decade, and even the priorities and motivations for the next century are being seeded in the transformations and events of 2010 both personally and globally. From June 2010 a completely new set of cosmic frequencies are available for the next 100 year period, and this is just the beginning of the new energies, and new life.

From what I can ‘see’ 2010 is a far more significant and transformational year than the much discussed 2012 year. 2010 jump-starts an energy, a spiritual force, that is really part of a three year process, so we could ‘lump’ together the years 2010, 2011, 2012 as one major year – and what a year that will be!

The spiritual energies this year directed towards us are very FOCUSSED on your TRANSFORMATION.

It is the year where you need to be very focused, which may not be that easy, the first 5/6 months the energy will be BIG, expansive, and quite often ‘otherworldly’ where you may feel as if you are spinning, ungrounded, and overwhelmed by the emotional flooding of the mind. This is good energy for spiritual access to the higher dimensions and the divine, and your higher self; not so good for the mundane ordinary life we all have to live – not so good to focus! Remember, whatever you constantly focus on is what happens (manifests)…for success this year, more than ever, focus your mind like a laser beam on what you want to happen, and on the thing at hand. It will be all to easy this year to feel scattered, overwhelmed and become despondent and unproductive.

This is absolutely NOT a time to be lazy or dishonest; laziness over the next 3 years will lead to EXHAUSTION. (You are allowed to rest and have fun).

2010 could be said to be the year of transformation through the heart. The spiritual energies are being particularly directed towards our heart chakras, the heart of the matter. This is to develop heart gnosis, which is wisdom. Wisdom remains with you forever; that is, it becomes a soul quality, whereas knowledge is part of the mind and dies with you.

We are this year, and for the next few years, being encouraged to FEEL, rather than emote. Emotion belongs to the first three base chakras, ie Base chakra, Sacral chakra, and Solar Plexus chakra. Feelings emanate from the heart chakra.

Certainly this year is an incredible year for transformation not only of ourselves, but the world we live in. And we would all agree that the heart chakra of the world (and ours) needs to harmonize and expand in a loving way – this is required for our world karmic lesson, which is world peace. We can only start with ourselves – do you feel inner peace and joy most of the time?

The further opening of the heart and the soul in 2010, through the outpouring of spiritual energies, can take us to the height of spiritual ecstasy if we allow the energy to flow through our physical bodies. This is not necessarily easy…if this deep and unusual energy is uncomfortable or painful we may want to resist or repress the flow and this can result in a weakening of the immune system and lymphatic system, which are connected energetically to the amount of life and love (feelings) flowing through the heart chakra. (Light flows through the soul).

This year be prepared to feel everything all at once, and to feel unusual feelings that you may not fully understand (this is good – a breakthrough) try to let the energy of what you're feeling move freely, with no judgement or analysis. The reason we need to really feel more deeply is to break the old soul-numbing mind clenching inner programmes we are running on. Feeling deeply and laughing loudly are the two things that can do this.

2010 will see us going in and out of the new energies, up and down, until we get used to them – this is because the new energies effect our nervous system initially…so it needs to be done slowly, otherwise with this very electrical energy we would ‘blow a fuse.’ Some of us have already been feeling the escalation of the energies and forces playing on us. Over the next few months you may feel like a dark heaviness has descended over you, it may last moments, hours, or days. This is a consequence of the transforming energies directed towards Earth, and prevalent at times of new and full moons, eclipses, and equinoxes and solstices.

During the next 3 years as human consciousness is destined to make a leap forward, to a higher finer level of vibration, the negative entities who love to feed off our energies want to stop this. They don’t want to lose control. So, though I don’t like discussing this, we do need to be even more aware (negativity hates awareness) and we all need to be vigilant as we may this year be bombarded with the negative. If you are thinking right now, that’ll never happen to me…then it has already happened.

The negative entities seek through the heart, to degrade your mood, to influence your feelings; they want to control you, they want you to feel hopeless; lost; feel like you are drifting, and best of all despairing (this is for no particular reason…not if you have just experienced something awful). If you are happy, truly joyful, you are giving off too much light, and they are blinded by that light and can’t penetrate your energy field, this is why genuine laughter helps and is healing. If you are vibrating on a higher finer level they can’t reach you at that height…so they want to knock you down constantly so that you don’t ever reach that blissful happy place.

Receiving higher finer energies into your system will polarize the system until integration takes place; this means polarizing the opposites of light and dark within you. Aware and unaware. You will notice this more over the coming 3 years. These opposites within will become exaggerated; actually it is more true to say that we become more aware of the opposites within us…that can be quite a shock!

Human hearts are opening as never before…there will continue to be a huge upsurge in humanitarian-based groups working for the good of our planet. This is essential to balance the enormous technological advances that have happened, and are about to explode over the next 5-10 years. You won’t recognize life at the end of this decade.

2010 could also be called the WILD CARD YEAR! Expect the unexpected, things happening out of the blue (not necessarily negative things), both in your own life and globally. Much of conventional wisdom will be turned on its head - what we thought was absolutely true, fact, will be suddenly proved wrong or not-quite-right, especially in the areas of health, medicine, food, water, alcohol, etc. It will be one thing after another…for years…will be amazing!

As we know, we've been preparing ourselves for this year, and the next and next, for a very long time. We are ready. Listen to your intuitive voice – its your best friend. Trust. Forgive. Forgive again...
Open your heart…now open it wider…and you will find purpose and understanding.


May this year lead you to the light you seek;
may it reveal to you the peace that passes all understanding; and may the power that makes all things new rest in your heart.

This is heart time;
May you not waste a moment in non-heart;
May you know the joy of simple things;
May you bring it altogether this year just because you can.
May it not matter if you don’t.

PRACTICAL HELP FOR THE HEART

Homework: Choose any or all of these simple tools to help open and balance your chakra. I suggest in particular that you bring the colour forcefully into your life for a month.

• Pink flowers are especially good for gentle revitalizing and healing of the heart.

• Wear pink and/or green clothing for at least a month, everyday.

• Walk or spend time in nature; this helps the physical heart, etheric body, blood, circulation and brings harmony and peace through the whole being.

• Open eye meditation: look at pink sunsets, pink clouds, immerse yourself in any pink in the sky.

• Listen to love music; any music that makes you FEEL deeply, especially sacred music; romantic, classical, etc., whatever is uplifting for you.

• Dance, in a circle or romantic partner dancing.

• Tone: ‘AH’, like a tender sigh. This leads to direct awareness of the heart. Say it lots to others! It is the most open sound, all babies make it, it is a universal sound that affects everyone, all nationalities know it.

• Gems: Rose quartz for tenderness, gentleness. It envelopes the soul in loving vibrations and helps to heal the wounds of the heart. It also helps the soul to give and receive love freely. Pink tourmaline expands the heart, and connects to the female expression of divine love. Emeralds are all embracing love, and strengthen and deepen love, bringing healing love vibrations from the cosmos to earth. Jade brings peace, harmony, fairness, modesty, relaxing the heart, helps with restlessness, and helps to sleep and dream well.

• Essential oil of rose – attar of roses. There is no other fragrance that affects the aura like rose does; it harmonizes the entire being. It is the most healing oil, and does beautiful things in the aura and the heart. It brings deep joy and opens you to divine love.

• Let love be your aim! (One time that you can ‘fake it to make it!’) Ask for love to come to you in a perfect way, and that you will recognize it when it does and let it in. Stay ‘open to love’ all year.

• Love the unlovable – in yourself and in others.

• Say “I AM LOVE!” lots and lots, every day.

• Feel intensely (if only for a month! experiment!) Read poetry, look at art, walk in nature.

• All Ascended Masters work through the heart, in particular: Lady Mary, Christ force, Lord Buddha, Lady Portia, Lady Nada, Quan Yin. Apply any of these Master Oils on the heart chakra (chest) to have a more profound connection to these Masters and harmonize this chakra.

• Meditate with hands over the heart and breathe through the heart, feeling it as much as possible. See or feel what colour your heart chakra is.
